LOL I got this today.  I travel for a living and I fly US Airways (Chairman Status Level).  I love the way the tried to use "US Airlines" and Dana's signature is just Vice President.  DO NOT CALL THIS IS A SCAM!

Same letter, same scam... Has anyone actually went to the 90 minute presentation?  Sure that they want you to pay "TAXES" via your credit card to qualify...  Do not waste your time or energy...

Got same letter today from US Airlines -- Searched the phone # on internet! Shredded the letter!

Recieved same letter stateing i have qualified fir an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets to travel anywhere in continental U.S. certian restrictions apply yea free tickets no way not for airlines they cant afford to give tickets away sounds like scam to me

those of us that receive letters should be thankful that we are not putting up with the calls.  they are also helping the post office with they're bills.  i better not find out we're subsidizing postage.

phone number listed on a bizarre and somewhat unfriendly letter identical to ones that others have received proffering two US Airlines tickets...

they misspelled my name, offer came without return address

I got ther same letter dated 1-29-13, same person, same airline, different claim number

Recd my letter today.  My claim # is 12-000-9614.  Thanks to other diligent folks like you for helping me confirm this is rubbish.  Now if only the post office and United Airlines ciuld shut them down!

Got the very same type letter xs2. Do not remember signing up for any contest etc.

Rec'vd same letter from US Airlines regarding two round trip tickets.  Thankfully I decided to google the area code and came up with this VERY informative site.  Something needs to be done about all these scammers.  Beware!

Just got a letter as described above, with same phone number, "qualification" and "valid" and $1,389" and "Dana Kline" wordings, same unusual capitalizations, and same nonexistent US Airlines carrier. Claim number is 13-00209046 and at the bottom of the letter is the string 2NP0204P. I strongly believe this to be a scam.

The call from 855-879-8217 is a SCAM. Some people received a letter withe same information. The phone call or the letter from "US Airlines" is a scam to get your personal information and your money. The company is not affiliated with the airline, and I don't know how they can legally get away with this. DO NOT CALL THEM. They will screw you !!

If you notice it said US Airlines but the actual name of the real airline is US Airways.  They sometimes use American Airways and United Airways which are also different names then the real airline names. This is just a come on to get you into a high pressure sales presentation for a expensive travel club.  Not ever worth wasting your time since the "free" travel vouchers they promise have all sorts of fees associated with them and restrictions on when and with whom they can be used.

Glenda....I also received my letter on 7 Feb. with different "Claim" number and code number on the bottom of the letter, of course.  Thank you and thank to N in Indiana.

Those numbers+ letters are internal codes so they can track their leads and know which source they buy the leads from get the best response.as to which ones call and which ones buy...it's all a numbers game to them.

I recieved the letter too, what a crock!!  It is US AIRWAYS not US Airlines.....

Clue #1: There is no US Airlines. They want you to think it's US Airways.

Clue #2: No legitimate free prize-winning notification is going to be sent by presorted, prepaid mail.

Clue #3:  Are you really that lucky?

Almost funny. Must cost a fortune to mail all these out.

Received this bogus letter on Feb. 11, 2013.  Looked real at first glance, then my scam alarm went off.  So, I decided to run the number on the Internet.  Obviously, this fraud is an attempt at 'phishing' to garner your personal information, much like the phony 'credit card' interest savings calls.  Seems like this new mail fraud is making the rounds.
