So did you book the vacation and was it legit? My bf and I booked a vacation package through them and received the confirmation email they said to call back and tell them the dates we want to go and then to book the plane tickets which they get 60% off of just to let them know 45 days in advance. I just want to make sure it's not a scam before goig forward any further and if it is I know a lot of attorneys thankfully!!

You may want to look for a new boyfriend... one who does not have to take his shoes & sox off to count above 10.
Meanwhile, both of you should memorize the following:

    Things to believe:

    * There ain't no such thing as a free lunch (TANSTAFL)
    * If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
    * You have not won big bucks from an unknown benefactor
    * The tooth fairy really does not exist
    * Everything you read on the internet is not necessarily true.
    * It is illegal to pay money for a loan, BEFORE getting the loan!
    * "Free Trips" are loaded with mandatory & costly extras, and you usually must give them your card number after listening to a loooong spiel at a hotel.
    * Microsoft did NOT call you to fix your computer.
    * The moon is not made of green cheese.
    * The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
    * Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
    * If you "green dot" or Western Union money to a scammer, the money is gone.

Oh wow your comment was really great advice.. Not! And it's not a free anything it's an all inclusive deal so you still have to pay. Also, Why don't you mind your own business I was asking flamingo not you. If it does turn out to be a scam all you have to do is file a lawsuit and take them to small claims and represent yourself, clearly anyone with the brains to do so would and I already plan on doing so if it is a hoax! I would hope anyone else would file a lawsuit as well.

Its shocking to see how many people fall for these faxes from the"H.R. Dept". After receiving the same faxes for nearly 20 years (no joke!) its just an annoying fact of life to get several of these per week.
I seem to remember they were busted operating out of Florida years ago? No problem, they just move offshore!
Wake up people! Unsolicited fax and email removal numbers and links are always bogus. There is no one to "report" this stuff to.
$645 for a family of 5 to go to Hawaii for a week? Sure, as long as you hitch a ride in a wheel well of a plane!
The very fact that this scam still exists after all this time is living proof that they get plenty of money out of some very naive people that believe.

Sorry guys, but there are so many red flags that should be raised on these unsolicited faxes that most people deserve to get their money taken from them if they are willing to part with cash that quickly.

This company is fake. I booked it with them and they pull money out of the united states. They called me and i asked for my money back and they started swearing calling me a [***] and stuff. This was an ad posted at my work Henry ford so i thought it was legit. They are a complete scam. Don't give them any information.

I received a fax at my office for the $129.00 per person for the whole week to cancun, jamaica, or hawaii. I actually did fall for it and booked it for 6 people for $1,000.00. I looked up the reviews and realized it was a scam. COMPLETE SCAM. I called my credit card company and they didn't charge the money yet, luckily, so I cancelled the card and ordered a new number. I got ahold of this SEAN MCKENZIE twice, once he explained it was all real and people write scams because they didn't fit the requirements. I asked to cancel and he HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and they picked up and hung up. Sean ended up calling me back and saying he was cancelling my trip like i asked. I told him i cancelled my card anyway and I was filing a police report. Verbatim he said "[***] you [***]"...hows that for customer service haha. DONT DO IT!!!

they keep sending faxes, i keep asking for no faxes. when they send a new fax, i call them over and over again. i will keep calling if they keep faxing. i will call for no reason - i just hit redial and put them on speaker phone so everyone can hear them say reservation over and over again. i have requested my number to be removed at least 4 times - and about 1 week later... i get another fax.

So crazy! I'm assuming Sean is the one who cussed me out then too. I called just to inquire about booking the dates he said the booking department was closed so I asked what days/time they were open and he replied until 4 and I said its only 2 then he says not where I'm at you're asking too many questions so I said uh how is that possible? I'm filing a lawsuit then he starts yelling profanities like f*** y** b**** so I said I'm suing and he kept going on cursing then hung up on me. Wow how this place still exists is beyond me! I'm just glad the credit card company is disputing it they said the charge was from travel reservations. Must be some scam agency in Mexico but I looked online and it said it's in Florida but I highly doubt they'd put their real location. I filed a claim with bbb too so hopefully they'll get shut down, anyone else who's had a problem with them should file a claim on better business bureau as well! From now on I'm only booking reputable travel agencies such as triple aaa or costco travel, can't trust anyone these days!

I have booked travel from a similar add before and enjoyed a great trip althought it was a timeshare scheme. This time however, I think I have been dooped. I keep trying to call back and get hung up on. My credit card is allready charged, so I am hoping to be able to cancel the charges due to fraudulant company.
