called    number  on   fax     , gentleman    answered  but   when  i  asked  for additional  info   hung  up.  I called  back  
and he would not  transfer to   manager and   hung  up again.

This [***] is sooooooo fake I am over here laughing so hard because I keep calling and they will hang up the phone or act as though they are transferring me. I spoke with one guy "Taylor Scott" he was realllyy good, he could have fooled me but I did my research!!!!

I too fell victim to this scam! After cancelling transaction with my bank and my bank contacted them the actually FORGED MY SIGNATURE to a receipt and faxed it to my bank as if I agreed and signed the receipt! OMG!! Im so mad! My bank immediately recharged me the $700 booking fee! Now Im fighting my bank! They are SCUM!!! I feel so stupid! I too recieved this from my work which get it in a fax that looked like it was from corporate HR! It is too good to be true!! Dont fall for it too or we all look like idiots!

I fell for this.  Disputed it with my bank and they initially refunded my money.  However, you sign a contract with these people stating "no refunds".  My bank, in turn, reapplied the money as there is nothing they can do.

Same thing happened to me.  My bank reinstated the money they initially refunded and told me that since they had a signed contract stating "no refunds", I could not get my money back.

SCAM!!! I was in the printer room at work and saw it laying on the table. I thought it was real but I called later on and the phone rang and a guy answered "Express Vacations." How do you call an 800 number with no recording, no hold, and the person just answers after 3 rings? That was enough for me to know it was a scam but I continued my research... The paper states 6 days 5 nights for $119 pp but the website offers the same thing for $3000 (seems more accurate). Then after that I came across this site on google. All I can say is this guy/person/people need to go to jail!

call your credit card company as quick as you possibly can , im a travel agent these guys do this all the time

These scam artist will continue to run this scam because there are soooooo many dumb people out there willing to believe anything if they think they're getting a "deal" I sell Travel for a living as a Real Travel Agent and it's scarry to think that so many people are that dumb and unrealistic. I don't even feek bad for these "victims" because they deserve to be taught a lesson in common sense. Come on people you're making these scammers rich because of your lack of a brain, actually the scammers are smarter than most of you.

called this stupid place as well and they kept hanging up on me too! I thought it was my phone, but the rep admitted he did it on purpose, all because I asked him for the name of the business.
He even swore the word F.... at me when asked for the company legal name.
Why cannot some legal authorities pursue this. I mean anti fraud or police?

I just called to ask questions and got hung up on 4 times.  One person didn't even speak English.  TOTAL SCAM !

How do I join your fight?!?  Seriously!  Now they claim that what was offered on the fax (the extra Orlando pkg), the amount of days/nights is a typo yet it still says the same as it did in Feb.  I tried to have it corrected on my confirmation email and was hung up on from 8:12 am until 8:44 am, was told "listen here and listen good", they can't decide who the manager is or when they open and the so called manager is as useless as the sales center.  I am with you Chris, I will do everything to shut them down and whatever I can for the filthy stench to follow each and everyone of the so called customer service/manager/sales/ receptionists to every job they try to get!

previously call the removal number due to the ongoing and relentless faxes....they failed to remove our number and the faxes kept coming. call the reservation number and a young sales person begin to call me every name in the book...very unprofessional Don't fall for the deal Scammers all the way....no way to make a complaint

Unfortunately I fell for this. After I paid my money, they sent me the email to sign the form, and I realzied that the vacation on the form wasn't what I asked for. I called the company to ask about it and I was hung up on. I called several times and no one would even answer the phone. I called my bank immediately to see if they could stop the payment as it was still processing. I was told to wait until it processed and then call back. Once it did I called back and opened a claim. The end result was that my bank couldn't do anything and said that the company was still willing to give me the services and I should work it out with them. They won't answer the phone. So much for my $350. Lesson learned.

I called this number...They gave me some bull crap and I fell for it. I paid $298 for a trip to D.R.  I never received my package for the trip. Called and tried to get a refund the rep. Kept hanging up on me! Her name was Linda. Then I asked could I speak with the manager she said she will call me back! This is nothing but a scam!!! I'm pissed! Stay away!
