This 855-888-5694 is a phishing scam. They sent me a letter stating that they were associated with Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian cruises. I called all three to let them know of the situation and they stated they are not apart of any give away. Do not call this number or respond in anyway.

I just received a letter similar to the previous poster...Plain white legal envelope from a Regular person (non business) who I don't know... Stating to call for a Compimentary 8 day 7 night Cruise for 2...

Same as above posters. The address on the envelope sticker reads:

Port Orange, FL 32128

The letter (with what appears to be a fake signature), offers a free cruise "leaving from a major port in the US".

Keep recieve multiple letter from these phishing idiots

Received a check like envelope telling me I have 2 round trip air fare tickets for anywhere in the continental US. And a 2 night stay at any of 1000 hotels.  At the top of the letter it says Cheap Tickets.  It also said "after previous attempts to try and reach you have been unsuccessful this correspondence will serve as your final notification".
I have had no messages on my phone or caller ID from them.

Received the same thing in the mail today.

received the same 2 round trip ticket offer.  Cheap Tickets at top of letter.

We got the airline letter today to call them at that number.

I received a "personal and confidential" first class mail letter/form - like a check or a PIN number is sent in (...where you have to score the sides and remove them before pealing apart). Upon open its a letter/message from a "Guest Services Manager" with a scribbles signature to appear authentic - no name printed of course - who tells me that I have qualified for an award of 2 round trip airline tickets and 2 nights at over 100 hotel locations - with a value up to $1398.  The number to call is 855-888-5694. Needless to say, this has PHISHING written all over it.  I will never call anyone sending this type of nonsense.  

Thanks for posting your note as I it can up in my google search of this phone number.  I hope this helps anyone receiving this type of "crappy scheme" mail.

Thanks a bunch for your post as I also received same exact notice with same wording probably same date also. I thought perhaps it was a phishing scam, I was going to call # to see what B.S they were going to give me but went to Google 855 area code & found so much info on this #. Thanks again...

Just got one in the mail today new phone number that is untraceable 855 473 9395 from usa airlines same line and same message just moved to a new phone number

Thanks so much for your advice. I just got the same check for $1,398.00 to use for travel within the continental US. They are now giving a different phone number to call them: 1-855-636-5654; and a warning to contact them within 72 hours. Thanks again.

The $1,398.00 "check" said call 1-855-878-9444 within 72 hours. The return address on the envelope said OFFICIAL DOCUMENT, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Ste. 190 #302, Washington, DC 20004, but it was mailed presorted First Class Mail US Postage Paid from West Palm Beach FL, Permit 1590. Wonder if that is even true.  On the outside of the envelope it says: This is a fun way to promote our service, so attendance at a presentation maybe required. This promotion is not sponsored by or affiliated with Cheap Tickets and any trademarks are used for illustrative purposes, and remain the property of their respective owners. Cheap Tickets might be mad about them using their name. Thanks to all of you who informed us this "offer" is possibly a phishing scam.
