Called to verify that it was a scam, guy said for my promotional code and I was like ok Tom do I really do I really need to give you that, you don't. Want that info, then he hungup

Same as above, except the amount was only $1,000.00 :) and I received it September, 2015 with a new phone number of 1-844-243-0543.

My dad got the same letter. He told me not to pull the tab because we don't know what will happen if the tab is pulled (could be poison, dangerous chemical... who knows). I just threw it in the trash can.

Seems like the same scam with a lot of different phone #s. Mine was 855 926 4903. Was going to call but thought I would google it first. Also from 1300 penn. ave. Hard to beleave people go through so much trouble to cheat someone.mine was the Pruis , 51 inch Samsung tv, Apple iPad, or 7 night Royal Caribbean cruise. Also 100 dollar Walmart card. Looks like it's from Concierge vacation service.

I received a remarkably similar (and so-called) "promotional giveaway" in the mail from "Elite Access Network" by a "Stephanie Grecco." Enclosed was a strange "CODEKASE KARD" that indicated that I had won either a 2016 Toyota Prius, a 55" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV, or an Android Tablet Computer with the matching number "525478." Being too good to be true, I ignored and shredded the paper part of it. I did not call the number 1-888-587-5487. The CODEKASE KARD was kitschy to the point of being laughable.

This scam continues...8/11/2016: Just received a personalized letter with the same characteristics as above; it says OFFICIAL DOCUMENT and stamped "Final Attempt".  The return address is 1300 Pennsylvania Ave NW Set 190 #302, Washington, DC 20004. The telephone number is different but I suspect the same type of scam.  The letter includes a V.I.N. Gauge CodeKase (pull the tab to reveal a lighted 6 digit number) that would match with a scratchable circle.  No surprise the numbers match.  It further states to call the number 1-888-210-3903 Offer Code 1015 to see which one of the following gifts you have won out of four different options (Toyota Prius or $ 25,000 Cash - Samsung 51" 3D Plasma TV - New Apple iPad Air - 7 night Royal Caribbean cruise with airfare for 2).  It has a "scribble" as a signature with the title of General Manager plus a picture of a Prius with the Toyota logo.  SCAM!!!  Further "Guaranteed To Win..." notice on back of page; be aware of this scam!

Yep. Got I too!!! I called the no. And the dude was so done. We basically told me it was a scam

I have gotten a call from  this people. Now I have received a letter from them.  The envelope reads Official Document, 611 Pennsylvania Ave. SE#405, Washington, dc 20003. ON top of the letter it doesn't say who they are.  The letter Starts off You are a finalist in our 2017 Toyota Prius Hybrid Giveaway!.  They a attached device that lights up when you pull the tap out. It gives you six numbers which they claim is a VIN number for a car.    Then you have scratch off which low and behold contains the six same numbers 363909.    This  is a SCAM!    When I was called they didn't  state who they where.  I don't answer the call.     PVS, LLC address on back of letter is 225 W. First St.  , Casper, WY 82601.

Same as everybody else - but I am so excited! We get (have to) go to a Presentation! The fine print is interesting - basically you will probably win (if anything) a Walmart Card - and remember - you have to go to the Presentation!

Don't call. All mailings sent out have matching winning numbers.  Its an LLC Co. In WY. Only Toyota would give away a car. They want your info ect.
