Someone threatening to show up at my residence to sign off on a claim against me??  Other than using my name they do not state who filed the claim.  No company names, no state the file was supposedly filed in.

I think it is a scam, but this number does not come up anywhere.

same exact experience.  don't know why they are afraid to display their number when they call … it comes up unknown.  threats over and over but no one says who placed the claim against me or why.

This guy left msg for my neighbor who was worried.  This is a total scam!  If you are being served they will deliver it via courier or via certified mail, not by calling you.  They leave the message with no details about you, the claim, the law firm, or anything other than your name.  No legit person working for a law firm would do this.  Ignore this scum!
