Called my landline and left a message about a complaint that had been filed against me.  LOL  They never even said who the complaint was for.   SCAMMER

Caller ID said:  UNKNOWN 516-930-0898

855-917-0664 was the number to call back.

Same just happened to me.  SCAMMER!

Left the same message about a report filed against me. The caller was “Samantha” but didn’t say who they were calling for or what their company name was. 855-917-0064 was the number they left to call back. The number on my phone showed up calling from 605-220-8119.

Had a message from Samantha saying there was a complaint filed against me. Call back number was this one. No company name given.

Same here from Samantha robo call. Don't say their company name or who the complaint is for. Needless to say I did not answer or call back. SCAMMER

Same as above. Samantha with 855-917-0664 to call back because of a legal complaint. No info.

This is exactly what they said copied and pasted from my voicemail SCAM they did not ask for my name and they did not give me the name of the company.
“Hi hi this is Samantha contacting you in reference to a complaint that has been filed against you out of our office you need to let us know today what your intentions are before they do move forward without your participation which could lead to additional fine phone number to contact us back is going to be 855-917-0664 again my number is 855-917-0664 or you can pick one to be transferred to a live representative Thank you…”

I just received the exact same message word for word as posted in the response from "private" definitely did not return their call and will be reporting and blocking

I just got the same phone call from Samantha.

Samantha called me from 626-200-3927 and said she was in regard to a complaint filed against me. No information was given regarding the complaint or who she represents.  She gave the call back number 855-917-0664.  I hope she doesn't hold her breath waiting for me to call back.

Called me from 669-208-3151, The same exact thing just happened to me say there is formal complaint

Debt Extortion Scammers

The vague scare tactic message is designed to panic a victim into calling back.

Most debt collectors will use a certain amount of pressure to convince you to pay the debt. After all, they often don't get paid unless you pay. Be suspicious of a debt collector who uses an unusual amount of pressure to get you to pay immediately, particularly if they also use scare tactics to get you to pay right away. For example, a debt collector is scamming you if it :

• threatens you with a lawsuit and tells that you can avoid the lawsuit by paying right away
• Says a Process Server  or Courier is coming with papers to sign
• Threatens to call / go to your place of employment
• Insists you have been notified, served or are non-compliant via phone message(s)
• Refuses to give a company name or verifiable Contact source
• Refuses to send proof of debt via US mail

A sure sign of a debt collection scam is a collector that wants to you to pay via wire transfer or another method that can't be traced. If the payment method can't be traced, you'll have a harder time getting the authorities involved.

If the creditor sounds completely foreign, or you know you never had an account with that business, there's a chance it's a scam. Never pay a collection you don't recognize. You have the right to request written proof of the debt from the debt collector before you send payment.

Scam very bad at her job

They called and said I should call back right away. That their was a court order against me. Never said my name or who they were calling for when I asked. Said I should press 1 to be connected to someone

Got several calls saying I had a capital one card which I’ve never had in my life,  ever, but they would settle for 500$ today that credit card company isn’t going to give me a bc with my credit score that’s a joke they threatened me several ways if theirs was a true collection comp I’m sure they wouldn’t hang up on me and would have been more professional, it was like talking to a teenager smh
