Exact same message as stated already. I called back and asked for the name of the company. She gave me a three letter name, then LLC. Said it was a litigation something.

I just received this today as well. They do have all my personal information as well. I really believe is a scam as my credit is perfect. I locked all my credits.

Today 12/13/2022 at 8am PST I also just received the same message from this same number.

Was also left a vm that formal complaint filed against me and to call back the above number.  No name was used and no company name used in message

Its unfair they are using these scare tactics to get people to call back :(

Received a call from 804-522-5931, Virginia, and voicemail telling me there was legal action being taken against me, and to call 855-917-0664. No mention of my name or who was calling.

Just received the same idiotic SCAM call.

Same here. I’ve never even been to California. 🙄 Call from California number (831) 246-8928, left a VM saying (notice they say message intended for YOU, not my name):
“Hi this is an urgent message intended for you it is important to contact the office immediately we need to speak with you in reference to a complaint that was filed against you after ??? the court could get notified of ??? and there is a court hearing without your participation which could ??? to additional fines. We do need you to contact the office immediately at 855-917-0664 again that is 855-917-0664 or press one to be transferred to a live representative…”

got a robbo call telling to call 8559170664 a complaint against me no name nothing and I needed to contact there office immediately no company or anything

Left a bunch messages that someone put complain against me .. that I'm in comptemt court to call no but they don't mention my name or who put complain against me

Scammer asked for personal info. Blurted out my auto make model year. SS# argued and cussed with me. Complete idiots.

Same scam message with call back # 1-855-917 0664 saying complaint filed and number they called from was 1-971-213–2236

They actually called my mother’s phone and she got really scared(on December 8th)so I called back (almost a month later lol), I asked who they were and she said WDS for Danny Pearce. I said who is that she said I already told you WDS. I then told her no what does WDS stand for. “Just that WDS” I said nope I want more info or you aren’t getting Danny. She said well the info is you aren’t Danny so you aren’t getting the info (yelled this at me actually) I yelled OVER her and said then you aren’t getting Danny. She promptly hung up lol.

Same message everyone else received but knew personal info. This is against the law. They need to be put in jail forever
