I needed to call to avoid added penalties or I could press 1 to transfer to a live agent. transfered to live agent and was placed on hold. lost interest and hung up. !!!SCAM ALERT!!!

A foreigner said I had a case for fraud pending in court and she wanted to advise me of my rights. I laughed at her because my chapter 7 bankruptcy was discharged last month. She just kept talking the whole time I tried to explain that my bankruptcy was discharged and they could call my attorney for verification. I then told her let's just go to court. I hung up after calling her a few choice names and called back and a very rude deep voiced man said it was an attorneys office and that theyd just call my attorney. I didn't even give him the number..lol..pull a credit report and clearly see the bankruptcy disposition. I called my attorney and he said These people are breaking the law and next time they call to have them fax him the paperwork and thed we would sue them.
