Sucks when they call Alaska at 6AM everyday.  I guess on the east coast they can figure out the time in their destination....

Called them and had my number removed.

Do not call.  Mail only.  You do not identify yourself.

RUDE company, unwarranted calls.

I just blocked both these dam numbers 856-668-4520/4522, suggest you all do the same!

We have notified this caller four different times that we do not know the person that they are asking for.  We have requested, each of those times, that they remove our number from their call list.  They are still calling.  Many times, there is no one on the line when they call.

It also shows up on caller ID as MRM.  When I answered the phone, the person, a black man who said he was calling from Philadelphia, PA, asked me to verify my identity for security purposes.  Sorry, but I didn't call you and you are not permitted to call me and ask me to provide information.

I receive at least 6-7 calls a day from this company.

I do not care if they changed there names, they are still the same bottom-feeding pigs they were before they got busted. Monarch Recovery Academy, is the last straw as far collection agencies go. They are offered 10% as a last resort, and do not care how they go about it. The best way is to report them to FDIC for harassment. Or you could call 1-800-605-0605 ext. 2558 and you should get Kim Myers from Philadelphia, graduated from a Catholic school in 2001, with one kid, and drives a 2005 Honda Accord. Tell her to watch it and maybe think twice!!!!!!!!!! To get rude with someone is not the way to get to someone you are trying to reach in the first place.

Stop calling me you have the wrong number

I am an attorney in Lancaster, PA.  I limit my practice to Debtor/Consumer representation.  I have gone after a large number of collection agencies in the past 20 years and have been very successful in receiving awards for my clients.

  I have a client who is being harassed by Monarch Recovery on a debt that is over 10 years old and that was included in a bankruptcy proceeding in 2001.  That makes the debt legally unenforceable and puts Monarch in violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Pennsylvania Fair Credit Extension Act.   I will be pursuing a case on her behalf.  If I find that others have been similarly mistreated by this company, it may blossom in to a class action proceeding.

Been receiving numerous phone call from these clowns (MRM) saying have a message for someone named  Miral Hamza (hope spell it right).  At first deleted from from answering machine or would
hang up when robot said had message for him/her.  

In last week call frequency been increasing - also been calling before 8 AM  

Blew a gasket this morning and called them back cursing them out and saying will sue them for
harassment

Thing is have lived at this address for 25 years (since 1986) and had same phone number

This is MRM Collections.  It use to be Academy Collections.  Probley different name, same people.

I want these people to stop calling my home my Daughter don't live here with me and they didn't want to tell me if they was a collection company or legal firm if you call my home I am  going to ask who is this and what type of company is it so if you don't want to give me that much Info then don't call my home thank you and you will not have to hear my me get ugly with you

FYI - If Monarch Recovery has annoyed you by phone illegally, and you haven't had any success speaking to anybody there on the phone to resolve it, or get them to stop autocalling you - here's a little information you might find helpful: Diane Mazzacano (Sr. VP Academy Collections) and currently running Monarch Recovery (basically the same business renamed and reinvented after Academy was fined and shut down by FTC) is planning to be an exhibitor at a Collection and Recovery seminar on May 11 - 13, 2011 at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. I'm sure Diane is hoping to meet ALL the folks being illegally annoyed by her company and this is NO DOUBT the best, most efficient way to let Diane know that she should take your number off her robocall list! I know Diane wants to discuss each and every complaint that you have, in great detail, and is thrilled to spend all day, every day, improving her company's goodwill by visiting with all of you folks. I'm receiving at least 2 calls per day.  Please remove my number from the list - this is a cell phone.

Have received several calls from this number,and at no time would they identify themselves or tell me the purpose of the call.  They wanted  me to verify the last 4 didits of my social security number, which I refused to do until they told me the purpose of the call.  Finally terminated the call when they would not divulge any information

My mobile received a call from the number looking for someone who never had the number. This has happened more then a few times from other agencies. Capital One gave them my number. I have never had a Capital One card.

Constantly receiving calls from this company trying to collect on a debt from someone who doesn't live here. I tryed calling 1-800-441-6881 company is MRM. they transferred me to their complaint dept to remove my number. Of course when the line transferred through the complaint dept wasn't open, this was on a Friday morning how can there dept not be open?  Anyway left message for them to remove my number we'll see what happens.  I expect another call ltr on today.  This is frustrating that we have to be harrassed by companies trying to collect debts from people we don't even know.  There needs to be a law preventing this type of harassment and some where to report this harassment form these collection agencies..How do these people sleep at night?

I called Comcast and as listed above they suggusted i add the number to my blocked listing using *60.  I went through the prompts and added the numbe to my blocked listing we'll see if it works.  they also suggested filing a compliant if your already of the national do not call registery as well, so I'm going to do that too. Hope this helps

I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling our home.  The person they are asking for does not live here, has not lived here in the 30 years we have, I do not know the person.....yet they seem to still call EVERYDAY, as early as 8:00 am in the morning......they just don't get it.
