Repeatedly get calls from them...I have asked several times to not call me...they continue!

i just finished talking to a dumb lady calling from that number...she asked for my mom and i told her she wasnt home and she didnt speak english anyway so i asked her to put us on the DO NOT CALL LIST. she was very very rude! she said she wasnt selling her anything and there was no call list...i told her to stop calling and she said she was still going to call back in spanish. I asked to talk to her supervisor, but she had already hung up. She totally ruined my morning!

I have no idea how they got my cell number.  I am not that person that they are looking for.  They said they will take me off the list.  I just spoke to them 10 mins ago.  There better not call back again.

I get a lot of calls from 800 type numbers, and no message. Some leave a message and don't give a name of who they are looking for. Some say a name and "if you are not this person hang up now"  I have had people rent a room from me (family members, etc) who have their own cell phones, but apparntly my landline number has been found from the address. Sometimes I answer and say the person no longer lives here (and I don't know where they are and a phone number, I don't think I am obligated to tell them anything) But they still keep calling. I get so many of these calls, with or without messages, I lose track of them. Some leave messages that sound almost threatening, demanding I (no name who they want) call them back NOW.  Good thing I have Caller ID. I have annoymous call rejection set up and on the do not call list, but apparently it doesn't work for these calls. You'd think if they get no answer or call back or told the person they want doesn't live here (or it's not THEIR phone) they would give up. They think continual harrassment will make someone send them money, even if they might not really owe it?

what do they want, and why won't they answer when i pick up?

i haven't had a loan or any debt in 8 years.  why would they call me??  should i be nervous that they have my ssn?  they should not have even been able to get my cell number. they are private and technically unlisted.

They call me everyday starting at 8am....I answered one time and they gave me my ss # scary....they also threatened wage attachment...and said they were affiliated with a legal office.  I told them I will file bankruptcy before they can get a penny from me.  They started calling more frequently when told this...I just dont answer anymore...They also try to call with a number that shows unknown on my phone...so be careful it is them as well

They keep calling my Brother in Law asking for me - not sure why as I don't own any credit cards & don't owe any money - not to mention I haven't lived in th US for well over 7 years!!

These people have scammed me and have my checkinig account number.  What should I do., They harasse me all the time.  Monarch recovery management .

Close your checking account and dispute the alleged debt VIA certified mail.
