Called around 9:20am left no messages.

I had the same problem like tom. except this person called back twice after I hung up on them telling them to stop harassing me.

i too got a call from this number ...they call me at nytime and r forcing me to buy their calling cards..

I informed them it was a wrong number, then they called back three times. I again informed them it was a wrong number and asked them to stop calling and he replied that they did not have to stop. I them told them that I would inform the athorities and that was it.
