I'm SO sick of these BS Google website recorded messages. This has been going on for several years using various phone numbers.  Just ignore the calls & they will stop...then some other lick knob will start calling with the same BS SCAM!  Caller ID showed 'Butler, KY'

BTW, they also call from 859-859-283-8071 which is in Florence, KY

Can we sue this guy. Im ready to do what it takes.  We need to call the news as well. They should be able to help out

These people call every other day. I never answer but I do call back and all I get is a message stating they are not available, no name or anything!

The address in California for 29Prime is a UPS location which I assume is just a receive and forward.

I've filed 3 complaints using form 1088C with the FCC and I encourage everyone to use this URL to submit complaints.

Get as much information as you can and be as accurate as possible with your report.  Be sure to include that the company is 29Prime.

I don't really know how much good the FCC is going to do against them, but it's worth a shot.

I was contemplating a way to actually find out where they are located (as the UPS mail drop in CA is just a receive and forward).  My cell phone contract is coming up for renewal which means I will get a brand new phone to replace my current android device.  Because android phones have built in GPS and internet connectivity, they could be used as a tracking device.

* Configure android phone to be remotely accessible over ssh
* Turn off all unnecessary services.  Trim it down to the GPS and internet
* Find an extra battery that will give the phone more time to reach the destination
* Find or write a command line app that reports the GPS coordinates to a remote server every 5 minutes - remember.. low power consumption.
* Fully charge and send to 29Prime's UPS drop box.  Wait....

Now you know where they are really located ;)

My guess is that the forward sends to one of the CEOs (Russel Wallace) offices or better yet, his home.  I also suspect that the agents you talk to are somewhat unaware of what the company does.

These call 3 -5 times a day it shows butler,wv on the caller id I have call back and they put me on hold for the next available representative. I want them to stop calling my number. I am finally sitting down to take the time to type in all these numbers, I have called the do not call list number 8883831222. or ou can go on the internet www.donotcall/gov/

Selling Google. Keeps calling, and does not answer. Called for over two weeks

this number just showed up on my caller ID from Butler KY. When you call it back it says your call cannot be completed. I filled out a complaint w/that # on the donotcall govt website.

My business is called an average of three times a day.
I detest them. As soon as an operator answer, which happens rarely, and I politely ask to be deleted from their call list, he/she hangs up.

I recieve calls that I do not know the caller and have also recieved  one from this number. I dont ever answer or call back.   I am sure most of you should know not to answer or call back to any number you donot know the caller.  There are several offshore numbers that are scams and you can do a search to identify them.  Returning these calls could cost you a pretty penny for minute charges and your carrier will not help you.

The diseased maggots are out there today - please will law enforcement kindly do their job, arrest these scumbags, and throw them in prison for about twenty years or more.

These a$$holes keep calling and its driving me CRAZY!!! They never leave a message and u cant call the number back. I swear on my life, I'm gonna fax my entire accounting textbook to the fax number another user posted when I get home!

This automated fake Google company phone number calls me at least twice a day asking to update my business listing on Google......  it is not google, but a fake telemarketer.
