Scam call. Do not let them take over your computer for any reason. If think have a problem, call your computer support staff for help.

So I call this number back and recording advises "number is disconnected out of service."

this was a person with a thick accent trying to pretend to be windows support to scam access to my computer.   These guys need to be shutdown.

Don't these fools know about caller ID?????? They have called us so far three times within the last couple of hours.  I may answer, if I do I intend to tell them "I don't own a computer"

Fell for their scam and $299 for their"fix". When I call 859-846-5238, I get a disconnected message. Anything I can do?

Got a call from Midway KY. Microsoft.  Indian guy named John said my computer had malicious Spyware from contaminated Internet downloads. I too kept him on the phone for an hour, even got to talk to his IT  supervisor. HA! When I said I had to go and asked for a number where I could reach him to finish our conversation he refused to give me a phone number. That's when I said "because you are not from Microsoft, so you can't give me a number. Stop trying to steal peoples money!" He then hung up on me. Of course if you call the number back, it's disconnected.  Atleast it's a switch from being called by the IRS, another indian run scam.

I continue to get calls from this number. Unknown who it is. I have seen others have the same problem

This number has called my house for the past two days. I answer, hear background noise, and they immediately hang up. It's getting to be quite annoying! At least have something to say!

I got a spam call today. I didn't answer but thought the number was familiar. It was my neighbor. He is on vacation and isn't even home !!!!!

I got this same call. Said he was from Windows and they had been receiving error messages from my computer for the past couple of months.  Asked me to get on my computer. I just hung up.

Don't even answer calls from this number ( 859-846-5238 ).  Its a computer scam to get you to turn over your computer so they can hack it or stick you with a stiff bill.  Don't give them any information.  In fact when you see the number on your caller ID, don't even answer it.  They are a bunch of creeps from India.  They will also claim to be from Microsoft and Microsoft will never call you offering computer services!  These people crawled out from under a rock!!!!!

I've received two phone calls from this number. Both calls went the same way: I didn't answer, my answering machine turned on, then I heard an annoyed man's voice saying, "Hello? Hello? Hello?" as if I had called HIM. Could this be a new way to get us to pick up the phone? Caller ID said Georgetown, KY.

This number called my house today. A woman with a heavy accent asked me to get on my computer to check financial transactions. I didn't let her get any further, said I was reporting the number. She kept talking as I hung up.

Called today at 5:31 pm PDT with "UNAVAILABLE" caller id, we did not answer and they did not leave a message.  These idiots apparently enjoy wasting their time.
