Called my locksmith business today, i looked qt the caller ID and did not answer, so it went to voicemail, and they left no message. Likely left  no message  because my greeting says I work C.O.D. only, NO exceptions! I do not "bill" insurance companies nor motor clubs. ..nor anyone else.  Cash is king  I got tired of the mailbox vigils waiting to get paid by these types of people. Usually took months for payment, then they'd argue rates.  Today's call was Cross Country Motor Club. I havent done any work for them since the 1990s. I'd have to check, but I believe they STILL owe me money from way back then. Slow or non-existent payment is why i quit dealing with them. I'm in a very rural, vacation type area, with no competition nearby, so they probably got my number from the yellow ages or google.  5 minutes later, a woman called, she was locked out of a van. They were calling for her. She was pissed because she had to pay me instead of me billing them. Too bad, i like to get paid for what I do.

I have called my Car insurance claims about my car.  Towing company was to come an pick vehicle up and take to auto shop, have many people calling, several callers from out of state Florida. and Arizona.  This phone number from Florida has called several times, no one is answering when they phone. The phone # is a towing company or or a towing company referral service that is used by many different legitimate Insurance companies but it seems the company is plugged into a Company that is a large referral towing service company used by many different insurance companies, and this phone number is also lower level referral service company from Florida that uses a fast robot caller to try and be the first one to contact the person that needs a towing service.   Scammer for wanting your credit card # or?  I am not certain. as I could not talk to anyone.  But somehow this phone number is being used as a scam, or legitimate insurance billing, by being plugged into a larger referral service system used by many legitimate insurance companies.

This number called and left a voice mail claiming to be on behalf of USAA. My phone marked it as Potential Spam so I did not answer (the number they called from was 863-402-2779). In the voice mail they gave my first and last name, my car's make and year, and said they were calling about setting up for the tow. They provided a different phone number to call them with (866-255-1550) and a reference number which didn't match the claim number USAA provided me.

Weirdest part is this was an hour AFTER already getting a tow. I have already reported to USAA about this as well.

This dam number keeps calling us, all hours, have asked several times for them to STOP CALLING! Aside from just cussing them out, not sure what else to do, I have tried several way to block their number to no luck.
