This company called my land-line asking for no one in particular at the residence claiming that we have huge amount of debt that needs to be paid off and that they can solve it for us. Note- I have no major debt that they are talking about. Also, when I did call them to see what they were talking about, the woman who called was "unavailable" and when I asked to speak to a manager, the phone attendant immediately hung up on me. So I called again, asking "Why did you hang up on me?" and asked to speak to a manager, again another hang up. So I waited and called again, to be hung up each time I asked for a manager. This company is a scam, I do NOT RECOMMEND giving them any of your information.

I received a similar call as others reported from a "Victor Simmons" at "Suburban Debt Solutions".  He left a message on my answering machine, not directed personally at me, about debt, promising $1000 to start off if I called right away.  Of course, I have received calls similar to this before and called and wasn't able to get through to the caller or manager and also hung up on.  This time I decided to research on-line first and see I am not the only one who has experienced this situation.  In fact, I could not find a web-site for this company under the name left on my machine.  Hopefully our comments will help others avoid giving personal information out to cold callers.  I recommend talking to your personal banker/credit union representative.  If they don't have a program that suits you, perhaps they can recommend a reputable business.  You could also call the Better Business Bureau in your area.  Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

I recognized this number as a scam, but i called to try to get off the mailing list.  Some sleepy sounding woman cursed at me when i asked why they keep calling me.  She called "MF" and B*tch...and of course, like all these fake companies, she hung up on me.  the zinger i got in before she hung up was to ask "are you guys crooks?".  that ended her intest in talking to me.

Robert or Robin Parker called and said he represented a company called Suburban Debt Solutions and that he could help us (he did not use our name) with our large credit card debt (we don't have any large credit card debt).  If we called him back we would be eligible for a $1000.00 loan to help get us started! The number he used for us to call him back at is 866-203-9552.  I did not call to ask that we be taken off their calling list because I figured it wouldn't do any good.

You, Victor Simmons, were the unwanted caller.  First of all, I don't have any credit cards.  Therefore, I can't use Credit cards that I don't have.  You called 913-232-8847 by misstake.  Stop calling this number.  Ths resident does not have credit cards to use.  Don't ever call my number again if I don't have any credit cards to use.

    Sincerely,
    Resident One

    To Victor Simmons:

To begin with, because I don't have any credit cards, you called my number totally by mistake.  Furthermore, I don't want you to keep harassing me, and I know nothing about what you are talking about.  And, finally, I could I possibly continue to use credit cards that I don't even have.  No Way!  That's immpossible.  Therefore, you must not call Resident One at 913-232-8847 again because they don't have any credit cards.  Oh, finally, by the way, I am being truthful.  Oh, by the way, I am only using clean, professional language.

    Sincerely,
    Resident One

Robert Parker from Suburban Debt Solutions called my office number to help me reduce or eliminate my debt.  I tried to explain the number he called is an office phone that I've only had for a week and I have no debt.  He spoke right over me like he didn't hear me so I hung up on him.  I have since received another voicemail from him.  When I tried to call back to 866-203-9552, they hung up on me as soon as I asked them to remove my work number from their call list...that happened 2 times.  The 3rd time I asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on me again.  I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I am receiving multiple calls at work each day from 1-866-203-9552 and 1-866-203-9550. I no longer answer the calls but have to clear all of the messages from voice mail each day. This has been going on for a couple of months. The first few calls alarmed me because I don't have credit card debt that needs to be consolidated. I called a few times asking to have my number removed from their call list. They hung up on me each time and each time I received another call from them within minutes.

Call from "Robert Parker" at "Suburban Debt Solutions." He left a generic message on my answering machine about my outstanding credit card balances (luckily I don't have any), promising a $1000 loan to get me started in their Debt Assistance Program if I called right away. I have received calls similar to this before, same story, just different names and phone #s to call. ... My phone # is listed on the national do-not-call-registry.

Concerning the calls you have been getting from the so called Suburban Debt Relief Company.

I was told by the FBI that I needed to report this to the FTC and to the Secret Service.

The number for the FTC is 1-877-382-4357
Call the Secret Service in your local area.

The exact thing has been happening to me. I am now on the "do not call registry".

Well, Hello Victor Simmons, and other Agents:

Well, first of all, I am a church member, from Colonial Church, located somewhere in the state of Kansas, and I have been sent to e-mail you this message.  Furthermore, I want you to stop calling the person at the telephone number of (913) 232-8847 because that person does not have any credit cards.  Moreover, that person does not use credit cards right now because they have lost all of their credit cards thirteen months ago, late in June of 2008, and they have decided not to depend on credit cards for a long time.  In addition, this person, for whom I am trying to help, and for whom I have gotten them to live on using cash and/or checks as methods of paying bills, has decided not to use credit cards during this very, very, very difficult, if not very, very, very terrible economy.  Thus, this person is getting other sources of financial help from other people located in the state of Kansas.  Therefore, since this person is not even using any credit-cards, they can't continue to keep running up any credit card debts.  Finally, because this person, at the number of (913) 232-8847 does not have credit cards, you must immediately and permantently remove the number of (913) 232-8847 from your data-base forever.  Don't call the number of (913) 232-8847 ever again!

    Sincerely,
A Colonial Church Member, in the State of Kansas

To Victor Simmons, and other Agents at Suburban Debt Solutions, located in Louisville, KY:

First of all, someone has given you the number of (913) 232-8847 from a nationwide list, and you have kept harassing that person ever since.  Next, the person that you keep calling lost their credit cards in June of 2008, and has not had credit cards ever since.  They have lived on cash payments instead.  So, do not keep calling that person ever again.  They can't use credit cards they don't have.  Since that person reported their credit cards lost in June of 2008, those cards were immediately canceled--because they were lost.  That right there solved the problem of continuing to accumulate credit card debts.  In addition, you have first called that person at your number of (866) 203-9552.  Then, during the next week, you have called that person from your number of (866) 203-9231.  Finally, this person is getting total debt relief from other people, located in the state of Kansas.  Thus, this person could not use your debt solution help.  Oh, by the way, your debt solution help would only make financial matters much worse for that person that you keep bulling.  Your debt solution will make matters much worse for that person because it will cause that person to borrow money that they could not pay you.  So, remove the number of (913) 232-8847 from your data-base forever.  That's an order!
