They call me weekly at work! When I call back to get off their list they hang up on me also.

These people keep calling at all times of the day they should be stopped.I pay cash for all I buy so I don't owe any one.I don't know how they got my # as it is unlisted.P.S. They also seem to want to loan me $1,000 I do not need or want anything to do with that.

same as everyone else it appears, surburban debt solutions calling non stop offering $1000 towards our debt (which we don't have).  these calls continue to take up my voice mail service and its driving me crazy.  called three times to be removed from list even though i'm on the do not call registry, was hung up on each time.  i reported them to the ftc - they suggested changing ring settings to 6 rings for voicemail to pick up, may help, i would suggest filing a claim and possibly if enough of us do so we can get them put of out business....  phone number they leave is 866-203-9552

This recording of debt that we discussed with some guy named victor simmons which we have not ever talked to will not stop calling me every day for months now and when you call the number to get off the list they hang up on you. I am frustrated and want it to stop!!!!!!!!!!

Same problem as everyone else is having with this scum bucket of a business. They call my work cell phone which is not registered to me, it is registered to a major aircraft manufacturing company here in the USA. I even have this number registered on the do not call list which doesnt seem to stop these low life [***] from calling. I suggest everyone that has had a problem with them to report them to your Attorney Generals office, the FBI and the FTC.

Suburban Debt Solutions continues to leave recordings on my machine regarding debt I do not have.  When I return the call to 866-203-9552 and tell them I have no debt, they hang up.  They do not allow me to remove myself from their calling list.  Thank you to whomever left the number for the FTC, I filed a complaint with them and they are going to follow up with this.  They also provided the number for the Do Not Call Registry (which is free) - 1-888-382-1222

Received call two nights ago (8:51pm 7/27/09) from "CITYDEBT 909-842-9199". A prerecorded voicemail from "Victor Simmons" was left on my answering machine to fix my credit card debt; the phone number he leaves to call back is (866)203-9550. I have retained a copy of the voicemail. I called the number he left to repair credit card debt and you get an Asian call center. I asked to be placed on the DNC list and I was hung up on. I called again and was cursed out. I called again and played along for a second and then was hung up on. I called again and was hung up on. I work in a telemarketing firm and have a full comprehension of the DNC rules and regulations. This is definitely a scam. Unfortunately it is very difficult to track these scams down. Anybody wants to team up to try to stop it. I am game. I enjoy the challenge. We will need some programmers and someone with a large background in telecommunications. We can track them down. Reply to this if you are interested.

We keep getting phone calls from Alison Moran at Suburban Debt Solutions to 'help us get out of debt'.
We called 866-203-9552 just to find out what this is , we got hung up on several times.  We are very annoyed they can call us anytime during week and weekends -  They need to turned in for harrasment.

I received the call from Robert Parker 866.203.9552.  I decided to check them out at the BBB and they had no report.  I than continued researching with no luck. I also called and got hung up.  I wish they get cought SOON!

A recording from a man by the name of "Brian Velencia" and "Robert Parker" keep calling our office phone saying they can get us out of credit card debt. Funny thing, we don't have any credit cards! I finally got tired of them calling and I called the number. Got hung up on every time I called. So sick of it. I plan to report them to whoever I need to to shut them down!

I frequently get calls on Sundays from (Suburban Debt Solutions). No one is ever available to talk. They ask for name and "code Number?". I am on the no call list. I have no debts, period. They need to be fined to the max. and the fine sent to me for the aggrivation.

I had the same messages from the same woman.  We have three different phone numbers that all go to the same house so you can imagime the number of calls we were getting. Anyway, yesterday I called them back to have our numbers taken off of their list and was hung up on.  I tried just asking to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on still.  So, I just continued to call. I could tell that I was getting the same woman over and over and she continued to hang up on me.  At one point she even started laughing. Then, I called one last time and some guy answered claiming that he was the supervisor. He apologized and promised to remove our numbers from their list. I told him that I would take further action if I continued to receive calls from them.  Now, lets just wait and see.  I have a sneaking suspicion that when I get home from work tomorrow there will be another message (or more) from Alice or Alison Moran...whatever her name is.  Suburban Debt Solutions must be stopped!!!!

They call our office 3 or 4 times a day. When we call this number back to ask them to take our number off their call list they hang. I sure did report they a*& to the FTC

Twice today this company called my home while I was working. I listened to my messages and promptly called them back and politely asked to be removed from their list, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I called right back, and THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. WHO DO I CALL TO LODGE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS COMPANY??????????

For about a year now I have been getting calls most every week from suburban debt solutions and it is becoming very anoying, they say that my outstanding debt must get taken care of, but the thing is I have no debt, when I call to ask who they are trying to get a hold of or when ask for complete address of the company they just hang up instead, I would like to see these guys put out of business, I know they are scam artist because I have no debt and they could never answer my questions.

Same Victor Simmons canned message, same number: 866-203-9552 or 866-203-9231. I have filed a complaint with the FTC after being hung up on and cursed at repeatedly. I urge everyone else to do the same.

They Keep hanging up on me when I try to get our number removed..how do we report these people!!!

I got the same thing from Victor Simmons from Surburban Debt Solutions.  I called them ten or more times and got hung up on each time.  What a total scam!!! The only good thing they did for me was to get me motivated to register my new phone and my two cell phones on the national do not call register.  Now I have to wait for 30 days and then if they call me again I can report them.  I would recommend that anyone who is on the do not call register and got a call from these scammers report them immediately.  The more reports the sooner that we can all shut them down together.

I am continuously getting calls from "debt solutions" people, and when I get on on the lineto tell them not to call any more, a different company starts calling, so I am positive it is all out of the same office. I dont have caller ID but it is very annyoing. I would think that my sarcastic answering message would solve it but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
