Well, I guess when he called us he was having a low self esteem moment. First of all, I am no dummy and "JAKE" asked for my boss by name, as though they were old buddies. His Co. name was Miller Construction and he wanted me to give him my boss' cell phone #. I told him I couldn't do that but I would take his # and he gave me his # as 209-555-F... U. He then abruptly hung up only to call back a total of 5 times. 4 calls from "JAKE" and 1 call from "JACOB". Now, Jacob was from "OSHA" and very polite with a much softer tone but still the same VOICE! Unfortunately for the Gemini twins the phone # did come through on caller ID. I was so excited and immediately called the Operator, who then called them, with me on the line. Well, that finally, I thought put an end to the whole thing but then my boss got a call from Miller Construction trying to send him on a bogus call. That's O.K. with me because I told Jake that if I received anymore calls from them I would contact my local authorities. I wish I could tell you the vulgar comments but just too sick, twisted and not worth my breath. DON'T PUT UP WITH THEM AND REPORT THEM, ASAP, NOT ONLY TO PHONE CO. BUT LOCAL AUTHORITIES!!!!!!!!!

Caller named Kevin left a hurried message and I could not understand the name of his company or why he called.

our NJ company repeatedly receives calls from Matt Bailey of Safety Services.  866-204-4786.  After speaking w/my manager I directed them to stop calling our company. More that 1 dozen times they still continue to call. Finally on 4.10.2008 I asked to speak w/a manager named Matt S. I asked him what can I do get them to stop calling. He said to me to give him all of our registered #'s(YEAH RIGHT!) I asked for his fax and he gave me the wrong #, then said "Oh, its 866-556-0004".  I hope to get more info on this company so they can be reported to the BBB or any other authority.

Same as the rest of you....got a call from this number stating that I shoudl contact "Sonny" regarding our safety meetings.  Whatever, if it that important put something in the mail (let me guess they don't have our address :) - don't solicite via the phone.  They might not have anything better to do but us busy contractors have plenty!!

"Jack Fields" called from "Safety Services" and asked, by name, to speak to the owner of our company.  When I questioned him about the purpose of the call he started in about 2007 OSHA laws that we had to comply with on constuction sites.  I told him we were in the real estate business, not in the construction business.  He said if we have anyone who even does maintenance for us, and we if have more than two employees, we must meet certain safety requirements blah, blah, blah.  I told him I'd take his number and pass it on to our controller and let him decide if we need their "services".  Basically, don't call us, we'll call you.

Was left a voice mail from Trent Stout.  He said he was asked to contact me about our safety meetings.  Call him at 866-204-4786

I just got a phone call from an obnoxious guy trying to scare with his threats of a mandatory safety program, please give me a break.... hang up on the loser, it is a scam. Everyone keep reporting.

Just got a call in Maryland from Ron Myers.
Weirdly enough, I've just started coordinating the our safety program, and did nothing more that read pages and pages of OSHA law yesterday.  I might have even called these guys back if you all hadn't warned me.

We had a call from these people but from a local 516-665-1344 on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 04:03PM EDT with the following message: Yes, eh this is Mathew Machine from Safety Services (hesitated with saying the company name), I was told to contact you by the company Safety meetings, call me back at 866-204-4786, thank you.

Same thing as everyone else. Name was supposedly Phil Sims. Caller ID was 312-285-0194

Call from this number from Chuck Byers claiming to be from OSHA.  The number is for a company trying to scare people into using their services.

Voice message from Jack Fields to call back as he had been "asked to call me about our safety meetings". return call answered by his "boss" who said he asked Jack to call me. I asked to be removed from their call list only for him to say "good luck" as he hung up on me. Very classy outfit!!!
