WEll its now 2008 and I just got the same exact call as others here.  I kept asking if he was selling something and he replied no each time.  We are on do not call list as well, i will report this.

A PUSHY, ARROGANT MAN BY THE NAME OF CHUCK BYERS INSISTED TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE SAFTEY DOCUMENTATIONS, AND TO PLEASE HAVE THEM CALL.
WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE ID ANOTHER MAN BY THE NAME PAUL GRAY ANSWERED AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN HIMSELF, THE SAME STORIES AS ALL THE OTHERS!

Frank Parker wanted to talk to person in charge of employee safety regarding OSHA and Workers' Comp complaints.

I just got one of these and my caller ID had: 973-947-4114, and the called stated a call back number of 866-204-4786.  I am sending a note to our Attorney General.  York/PA.

Got a call from 866-204-4786, Doug Archer left message to call them back at this number. Operator was no help to find who they are. Glad I googled this first. Just another scam compnay trying to get business. What a pathetic world we live in sometimes, allowing crooks like this to carry on bugging people and trying to take their money. My private cell number, no idea how they got it.

received a call today, message on the machine said "this is Doug Morcher I was told to contact you about your safety meetings. Now I am going to need you to give me a call back here at 866-204-4786, then hung up. Accent sounded like southern US.

Just got the the same call.  "Yes, this is Jaime Lee.  I was supposed to contact you about your safety meetings.  My office number is 866-204-4786."  I am going to report to do not call registry.

Just got a call from them asking who was in charge of our employee safety meetings.  I told him the person was not in the office and could I leave a message.  "Mark Ice" left this number (86-204-4786) and after reading this, I have no intention of calling him back.

Received a call on Remembrance Day from these guys. Didn't answer as the call was obviously from a telemarketer (we only do local business and calls from out of area are invariably spam). This time they did not leave a message.

Based on the comments above, I recognize them; they've phoned us before from a different number. They pretend to be the local workplace safety and health enforcement officials and try to scare people into buying their products. The best response is to hang up on them.

Received a message at our "after hours" phone number listed in the telephone directory.  Person identified himself as "Tom Delaney from Safety Services Company."  Said I had to call 866-204-4786 about my REQUIRED OSHA safety meetings.  After googling the number and seeing all these complaints I did not return the call.  If your number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and you receive calls from this company PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT AT http://www.donotcall.gov.  They do not follow up on individual calls, but if they receive numerous complaints about a particular number they will follow up.

Calls are going around still.

Some guy who referred to himself as "Roy" stated that he was told to contact me about our safety meetings and that complaints have been filed and it is in our best interest to get the concern resolved.

i worked for this company and so everyone knows this company is ran out of a PRISON.

Got this call from Jack Hills saying I was told to call your company regarding your OSHA compliance.  866-204-4786  Thanks to everyone for taking the time to post here.  Jack can head for the hills in my opinion.

Company just called and tried to scare us into buying stuff from them.  I asked him what was this in regards to? Number came up as local.

"Uh, well, uh it's in regards to the safety meetings you are having.  Did you know that you have documentation you have to keep for OSHA and your insurance companies?"

"Yes, I did, but our coporate office handles that."

"Can I get their number?"

"I don't give it out."

"You don't give out your corporate office number?"

"Not to sales calls/telemarketers, no we don't."

"Well did you know there are documents you have to keep for OSHA? Our company makes sure you have those documents that you need."

"We have a corporate safety advisor that does that."

"Can I get, perhaps, his cell number?"

"Uh..............no.  Give me your number, and I'll have him call you if he's interested, otherwise.........do not call us back."


Like I was going to give our Safety Advisor's cell number out to a telemarketer.

Just got a call a little while ago saying that we are overdue for an osha inspection.  Thought my freihgt guy was the owner so he went took a message and the guy said he imediatly needed to talk to me but I figured that it was a scam and looked it up and it appears to be the case.

Just got the call. I always Google the numbers. They all seem to be connected. This guys name is "Anthony Terranova". Man, the names are starting to get hokey....or they just keep employing less and less mature people as time goes on. Leo Strains...har, I like that one.

just got a call from this number asking for me by name - his name was Charles and he said he needed to speak to someone in our company responsible for State and Federal Labor law postings. Glad i googled the number.
