Michael Davis and Megan Cooper are 3rd party debt collector trolls for Pn Credit Services, headquartered in Massachusetts.  If they call you, don't say anything.  Hang up and file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office.  Pn Credit Services is a bogus operation.  Pn Credit Services has no website and if you answer them when they call you, they will continue to harass you with their illegal debt collection tactics.

Calls started early this year; numbers used are (201) 340-895, (201) 340-1000, and 120-5875 (that's all of that one- probably a permutation of the 201 numbers).
Whatever the excuse, this is what's called spoofing, made illegal by Law in what it sounds this scenario is on 12/22/10 (Obama's signing into Law the Truth in Caller ID Act, H.R. 251 of 2007, amending the Communications Act of 1934). They don't call outside legal hours at least, but the sneak factor is bollox. Write the FCC (fcc.gov) and FTC (ftc.gov- for debt collection/ FCRA violations).
