Recording stated to call that number. No reference number or any indication who they were. I called immediately and asked who they were. They said United Collections Bureau. They asked when I got the call and then they said "Don't worry about it" and ended the call.I don't know how they knew they had the wrong number because they never asked my name or other information. Seems like a very, very low budget outfit. I knew I didn't owe anyone, so mostly I was just irritated at once again being bothered with someone else's problems.

This number shows up as '419' on my tmobile caller id. They call about 4 times a week and when I answer they give me this 866-216-4424 to call back. No reference number or anything. I call back and it says 'Goodbye' and hangs up.  Must not be important...really wish they'd lose my number!

This is a collection agency UCB if you give them the reference number they leave in your message they will tell you the company it is with and what it is for but the won't tell you any information with out the reference.  Sometimes a forgotten medical bill or something to that effect.

Got a call from them this morning, caller ID was "419". The automated voice prompted "If you are XXXXX, press 1. If XXXXX can come to the phone, press 2. If XXXXX is not at home, press 3. If XXXXX does not live at this number, press 4." Then it provided a phone # and ref #. I listened to the whole thing and took down the number. Hopefully, pressing 4 removes the number from the system...

I am so tired of this phone number calling my house and when I answer I'm put on hold then I get someone who I can barely understand.

ucb calls leaves message and ref code. didnt think i owed any bills. checked my credit score and now have an alert on my credit  from them for 60 dollars.. guess i will have to call them but will not give social securty number to any one ever.. 419 number showed up and  now it is different phone number to call back..

This number is to a debt collection agency. I called them and the gentleman I spoke with was really nice and did his best to help me out. It was a bill that I didn't know was even in existance. Out of all of the nightmare stories I hear about collection agencies, I am happy I got this one!
