Not a debt collector. Scam. Said I had a package fail to be delivered.

If you gave her credit or debit card info or checking account info, cancel that account immediately! And if they've already taken any money from you, report a fraudulent transaction to the account holder.

Sounds like the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

My sister received called from this number and her name is valera maybe this not a real name and asking my other sister and valera said my sister someone complained and need to settle in short valera asking money and valera said you need to call this number 1-866-217-0251 and with reference number and when my sister called back several times she did answer. Valera is demon, devil and lucifer, This number is scam. Valera whoever you are karma is coming to your children, brothers and sister. You need to work not to steal people money. Beware for this number this scam.

A Kimberly Jones contacted me but would not provide information about the company of whom she was calling about. All she gave was referrence #.

I got a call from 866 217 0251  Davis and Edwards. They called my sister who lives in another state. I returned the call. They had my Birth date, last 4 of my social, and an old address. Threatened with a judgement that would last for 10 years, and said they could take my property/assets I told her she should be ashamed of herself for calling at a time like this. She said excuse me and I hung up. She called right back and proceeded to tell me that I should be ashamed for being broke and called me trailer trash and thing up. I called back and asked for a supervisor. When he got on the line you could clearly tell that he had been laughing. I told him what happened and if they called back I was reporting them. While smirking he said ok.. have a nice day.

Received a call from a (615) area code advising me that To contact 866-217-0251.  Called the number spoke with Alexia. She stated that I had an outstanding. Balance with a credit card agency and she was calling to collect the balance. Requested addition information from her. She could not provide it. She did state that she would give me the credit card number that she was calling in reference to. I told her that was illegal. I told her that I would just phone. The credit card people and she stated they could it assist me. She also stated that a judgement would be filed and they would place a lien on my car. I advised her that the call was being recorded and she disconnected. I tried calling back but she kept hanging up in my face.  THIS IS ALL A SCAM!

So this number called me repeatedly with an code to call back with I finally did and some woman very in professional stated that I was in debt with OUC 900 in leesburg Florida from 2011 and if I don’t give them funds they will garnish my check and put a lean hold on my car ...(mind you I never had lights in my name in leesburg Florida and leesburg Florida don’t have a utility company called OUC that’s the utility company in Orlando Florida not lessburg )2 red flag,I then stated to the person on the phone I not in debt with OUC this have to be a scam what your saying doesn’t make any sense she did got out of character and said my 2015 Nissan will have a lean on it I then stated Why I never seen this on my credit report the agent on the phone said they were a third party company and it will not be listed on my credit Bureaus I go through....so to conclude all that I hung up and called OUC myself the representative took my info and told me NO I don’t see that you owe anything with us and a utility company will never call you and let alone garnish your check or put a lean on your vehicle she said ms please report them their definitely trying to scam you out some funds......SO IF ANYONE GET THIS CALL ITS A SCAM RECORD THEM AND CALL THE POLICE ASAP

No one can just garnish your wages or put a lien on your vehicle. A court order is needed.

I actually, at first received a phone call from a local number, I answered, then they hung up, so I called the local number back... 901-437-7724. I lady answered and basically said I had owed a dept, and she was apart of a third party company, mind you they couldn't give me any information regarding this "dept" I owed. So, then I was given a reference number and told to call 866-217-0251.

With everything that's going on in our world right now, I'm not going to waste my energy on obvious scammers!!

I got a call saying a complaint against me and I owed them money they told me it was from a jeweler and that’s they were going to send notices to my job and bank. They lady was rude and abusive

NEVER CALL BACK TO THIS NUMBER... IT’S A FRAUD.  .....

Be ware of tis company, very misleading in trying to get your information.  When you don't give them an answer to one of your personal details they tell you GOODBYE!!!!!

Comically bad scam attempt.  Refuses to mail me anything then pushes forward for my DOB and social.

This number called my elderly father and he wasn't paying attention to whether or not they were real. He was just super upset and let his anger get the best of him. he gave away confirmation that the social security number they gave was correct. I am concerned if they will actually take money from his social security.

I know this Number was a total SCAM...I'm just concerned for my father.

They left a message saying they were unable to deliver a package contraining confidential information. lol... scam scam scam. No company introduction. No name. They said to call Davis and Edwards.  I called back using my google voice.  Same vagueness

They have said the same to me I have not received any mail over it and been with us cellular over 15 years and they have never said anything to me over it the lady was very agressive towards me over it ! There not part of the BBB either I found out

Being "part of" whatever that means and/or being accredited to the BBB is meaningless.  The BBB survives on the money paid to it by businesses so guess whose site they are on?
