At David, what a concept you are an idiot....we got that you must work for these people. I got a call from them and my payments come out automatically....get your head out your behind and see it isn't all the same circumstances....oh wait that's right you work for them....what a concept.

I  pay my bills and I a licensed PI and they call looking for people that I am not even related to.  They just are harassing people to fill their quota of calls for the day.  I'm filing a complaint against them.

Harassment and not investigating and researching the contact numbers for their clients does not make them legit.  It makes them incompetent.

I keep getting calls from this number and I do not even have a USAA account. I don't believe David is a past employee he is currently employed by them or he would not be lurking in this thread. Also be very careful what you say as the internet is forever and could be used aginst you. I actually received calls all day about every 2 hours this past Sunday. I wish they would come to my house and question me.

I keep getting calls from this number, they finally left an automated message that said they were USAA Bank and for "Lauren Johnson" to call in accordance to some separate account. Sounds like collection attempt.

Problem is, my name isn't Lauren Johnson, no one by the name of Lauren Johnson has ever lived with me, and I don't know any Lauren Johnson anywhere! I will call them and tell them to take me off their list because of the info I am posting here. My married last name starts with a Q and has 5 letters. My maiden last name starts with a D and has two L's in it and is 8 letters. My first name starts with a M. Nowhere close to Lauren Johnson!!!!!


I was lucky that an automated machine voice leaving a message after about calling me 20 times this week with no message.

Also tried to call USAA Bank myself at 1-800-531-8722 in regards to this number, I was patched through to a "banker" or "representative" that never said anything. It was just answered and I hear breathing and some background office noise with people talking all muffled (but not into the phone).

What a great bank this is! NOT.

Just got a call from these people and they hung up after I said "hello" about 3 times. I called them back (caller id) and they said they are USAA bank for Military Auto loans, which I am not military etc etc. AND they had called a work issued cell phone number to reach me. Needless to say, the guy "Jose" that answered the phone was very polite and said that their records must be old and would remove my number. Hopefully, I won't receive any more calls from these folks!

David, maybe if you didn't know so much, you might learn something. People have circumstances that affect their ability to pay on time. They are good people who have been caught by something out of their control. I pray it never happens to you, but with your attitude, it surly could.

I don't have usaa. Yet I keep getting these calls from them. I have nothing in collections either.

Call the number, "Thank you for calling USAA, this call may be monitored for quality assurance." If you have been late in the past with a secured loan they escalate to this division and start a repossession process. They start as early as 45 days past due. Calling them will not help you must bring the account current. Good Luck.

This is "NOT" USAA.  I called USAA and they could not find this number or 855-218-0622 associated with anything USAA.  The USAA rep told me that there are many numbers within USAA, but that neither of these were associated with USAA.  Also, both the people who answered were African-American and could not "explain" what department of USAA they were, other than Member Debt Solutions and that was as far as they could get.  They were more insistent on trying to get my name and telephone number.  This is a phishing scam that smacks of criminal intent.
