If by "attack" you mean explain several things the person can do to make the calls stop, then, uh, sure. Sounds more like "help" than "attack".  Certainly a lot more helpful than your post.

They called me saying I owed money to Spectrum for having missed a payment at the end of my subscription. I thought it was kind of funny because I walked into the Spectrum building in my town to return my router and whatnot, and no one there said anything to me about any bills.

I've been wondering if I should block the number or just pick it back up and say,  "no, I don't owe any money." In any case, they called themselves Sunrise Credit Services and said they were a debt collecting agency acting on behalf of Spectrum... I don't buy it. I'm just worried they could come after me in different ways. But I wonder if just not answering will eventually deter them. They only call once, but once every day. It's been happening consistently.

You could always contact Spectrum at a known phone number for them, such as one find on their official website, and all of you have an outstanding balance.

This number called, I said hello, they waited a second & hung up.   Number on Caller ID does not work when tried calling them back.

Someone at this number called my cell phone. The caller wasn't identified, but I doubt it was a debt collector. It should never be possible to call from a toll-free area code.

They call and wake me up every morning around 8:30.  Never leave a message   I am retired and very ill and neeed my rest.  After they call I cannot go back to sleep.

My phone sends callers not in my contact list to voicemail.  No message left.  I have recieved many calls from them, and just delete the "missed calls" log every week or two. I buy stuff on line with a credit card, and have no known debts or contracts this century.

Calls 2 times a day, i answer with hello, silence and they hang up. And they keep calling a day or 2 later

They call my tracfone. I don’t have answer phone set up so they can’t leave number. I ignore any numbers I don’t recognize. Checked this site out to report my experience. Obviously a fishy call.

I've been getting calls from this number for a couple of weeks and have no idea of who or why.

This IS a debt collector but it IS legitimate. She told me that she was with Spectrum internet service. I recently got divorced and ex was supposed to drop equipment off. But it is a bill collector. So it's NOT a scam. If you owe a bill, it needs to be paid lol.
