Ummmm... these people calling you to as a process server saying they have legal document to deliver so you will call this #866-230-0181 then when you call they tell you some one is trying to sue you unless you offer to settle the debt right there.

Contact a local collections attorney record these phone calls you can sue them in court for $1000's more than the debt you owe. Most of these attorneys will represent you free and you only pay them if they win your case.

They have no process servers its just some dude calling you from his cubicle(this is illegal)

They cant say they have legal documentation when there is no legal documentation

Thy cant say your being sued if there is no suit actually being filed against you

Accounts they are trying to collect on are out of the statute of limitations and they will lie to you about that. Look up your current state statute of limitations on open ended accounts usually 3-5 years if it is past this time.


All these reasons you can sue these mf's so now go collect your money from them like I is lata bitchzzzzzzz
