- Really torqued off replies to teddy in texasThese people have been calling me for weeks now, and every time I try to call back durin business hours, the line disconnects immediately (the horrible thing is they are asking for some female on the automated message which speaks when they call me, and dude, I ain't a female!).
- KatrinaI have been receiving calls from the 8662308094 number leaving the ref number and today after getting the calls for months I called the other number listed on this page for the collection agency Phone: 800-991-9367, first they ask for a ssn...i did not reply with one... then they give you a menu.. i pressed 0 for operator spoke to a gentlemen gave him the ref number and said to stop calling my house the person they are calling for does not live here... he stated he would take care of it. I am hoping this works and for anyone else out there who is annoyed you may want to try this.

- Attorney Donald SternbergThis company calls EVERY SINGLE DAY. We finally took down the number 1(866) 230-8094. When you call that number, it rings then disconnects. It is disturbing my practice and I want it stopped immediately
- Call type: Debt collector
- Sharon B. replies to Harvest MoonYes, this is the same company - I just called them. They ask for you to enter your social security number so I put in all 5's and someone came on the line. I gave them the reference number and they said it didn't have enough digits so they looked it up by the phone number. They said they were calling for a certain person (same last name) and I told them I do not know this person. They said OK, thank you we will remove your name from the call list. This concerns me because this is my dad's home and he is elderly. I am going to save the number and see if any more calls come.
I can tell you that my dad has never had a late payment in his life. (I wish I could say the same for myself) so that is why I called myself. - SSB replies to Patty GrovesPatty Groves, do you work for the company that is calling me? You are NEVER supposed to give out your social security number to anyone you do not know!!!!

- Mr. WidgetHas been calling me ever since I got my new cell phone from AT&T on May 2nd, 2009.
The number calls and hangs up after 2 or 3 seconds. If I call the number back, it simply disconnects. - MSThey called me at 830 at night! how late could they be.. leaving a message about us owing money.. After finding this site.. uugghh..
i hate those people.. they called my cell, my home, where else?! at work?!- Caller: Palisades Collection Agency
- JBE replies to Patty GrovesOn these non-legitimate debt cases, the debt collector often does not have the SSN. They use the "expedite your call" rouse to obtain information from you, and then use it against you. For example, "it must be your account -- we have your SSN!"
Don't give out your SSN to anyone! - RMAnow they are calling themselves powell state collections, no info on what they are calling about, no way to get a real person on the phone when you call back. they ask to punch your SSN in, can only be a scam!
- Caller: powell state collections

- stumped!! replies to Patty GrovesPatty, are you a complete senseless person. It has been warned to never give your soc. sec. number to any one you do not know. They can wipe out your bank account or open new credit cards in your name. Shame on you. Better brighten up
- SBG replies to Patty GrovesPatty, please provide your social security number so that your comment can be routed to the appropriate replies. Thank you.
- CarolynThis number calls about 9pm when you pick up you get a message telling you they are open from 9-5 Monday through Friday when you call back the next morning, no one answers it's just automated system asking more info - is this legit? If I owe money - they should have my address so send me some mail with what it's for.
- Very AnnoyedReceived these calls asking me to wait for important messg. then a female voice/recording states that I should call them immmediately and gives a ref. ## which I never am able to note, but able to write down phone number because they repeat it twice. When I call, they ask for a SS# to expidite the call. Do they think I was born in a turnip patch? They alway use the previous owners name for who they need to collect a debt - we have lived in this house for over 20 years. This has always been our phone number - the two don't coincide in any way. You never can get to a person, only get info to send our info to a PO Box in Engelwood Cliff New Jersey. Obviously this must be a phishing sceme but how do you get rid of them - they are on the verge,,, NO they are harassing innocent people.
I plan to report them to DONOTCall.Gov and anyone else who will listen.- Caller: Powersafe Coltn
- report them to FTCplease, people, report them to FTC and that's how you can stop this company calling you everyday.
