Maurice Verrelli runs a scam co. called MCD they have 30 people in a boiler room that rip people off by telling them that they represent their processsor and that is  a total lie. They have nothing to do with any legit processor they are just scamming. they are scammers.

They lie about everything. they never saved anyone a dime. they land up costing you a fortune. Maurice has been convicted of telemarketing fraud in USA by FTC for 9 million in fraud telemarketing. tell everyone you know to have  nothing to do with this scam.

Is this a scam?

I was called last week and again this week from Pho at Onesource Merchant Solutions and told that are working on behalf of Visa and Mastercard and that the banks are keeping the difference between what they are charging and what Visa and Mastercard allow them to charge.  I was told that they will send me a check for the difference.  They told me they will save me 30% or more on my transaction fees and all I have to do is send in merchant statement.  Sounded familiar.  I was called months ago and was given the same line from Alex at the Canadian Merchants Association.  After a little digging I found that they have the same phone number.  Obviously the same company changing names to stay ahead of the law.  Below are some links to some of the other names they are using AVOID THEM AT ALL COST !!!!

this is the same old maurice Verrelli the convicted scammer upto his same old tricks. He changes his cos names every year when the heat comes down on him. They should lock this guy up already for all his fraud.

You should have anything to do with his cos or any co, that is based out of 1801 McGill ave. ste 900 montreal quebec. It is a total scam all his telemarketers are always quiting when they fnd out what a fraid and scam he is running.

Thank you for this info....very helpful. Not the first time I've fielded a phone call about getting our merchant rates reduced. Today it was from One Source Merchant Solutions and awhile back from Canadian Merchant Payments.

What I find really disturbing is they seemed to know we used Global Payments. I called Global Payments, and neither of those companies appear in their system.

Well, well Maurice Verrelli.  I knew Maurice when we were in our late teens and I can believe what he has become!  For the people that don't believe that he has been convicted of running a scam, just google his name and you will pull out the the whole story.
Even at the age of 19 or 20 years old Maurice Verrelli was a fast talker and was trying to pull off schemes on a smaller scale.
Truly sorry to see what he has become and I have a feeling that the Feds will be back knocking on his door. I am sure that his parents and sister are not proud!

I have run through all the posting and am in deep thought now...This company has approached my company to do outbound calling and Inbound call receiving for their credit card processing company..

I would really appreciate if someone from here provides me email address to have a conversation and provides me with full proof evidence of whatever discussed here..as i do not want to signup with a company with such horrible reputation and spoil my company name also..

Hello Malcom, would like to know if you have any updates with this group , did you continue to do business with that group or did you totally back out . I was wondering if you have any additional information on them , they seem to have a long rap sheet , but , still they are conducting business . Did somebody provide you with a full proof evidence ? Am also very interested to know as they are contacting us to do some business with them and am very hesistant .

Who is Maurice Verrelli and Jack Cavalero then?  Anything I can find on the internet has alledged fraud charges...........

I do not know what people think about Maurice and his team but I would like to say that I have done business with Maurice for some time and I have always felt that I am dealing with good people. I never had any payment issues and neither did I ever experience any other problems. We used to do business for Maurice from India under the company named E2E Global Solutions. Maurice and team had always been kind and helpful.  Unfortunately the business didn't go good because of my Indian partners and we had to shut down but even now if I get an opportunity to work with Maurice I would be very happy.
