Received a call sat 9:15am PST Again as suggested no one on the other end. Second time this week this has occurred.
Do deal with Fidelity so makes sense but they really need to fix this phone system if they are going to make calls like this.

I too got a call from this number 2 or 3 days after speaking with Fidelity.

Keep receiving multiple calls from this number with no message left.

Yup, that must be it.... it's Fidelity!  I just made an inquiry with them yesterday, and today i got a call (no message) from that number.  No answer when dialing back that number.

Got this call.  No one spoke back after I said Hello.  Hung up and went to
reverse directory to find out who it was.  Of course reverse directory rarely gives you the info without going through a company you have to pay to get it.  Found this link on the web and checked here.  Saw the posts about Fidelity Investments.  Sent Fidelity a complaint, as our whole family has accounts with them.  I am so disappointed that Fidelity would do that to account holders.  I can see tele marketing, although we are on the Do Not Call list, but to do this to account holders is apalling.

I just made some new investments with Fidelity end of last week, and got a blank call today form this number and googled it. I'll also be calling to complain tomorrow. thanks all for posting this thread.

Got three calls Saturday from 866-303-5142 at 9:34, 11:20 & 12:58.  Like you all, I'm a Fidelity customer and just did an IRA transaction.  Previously, I'd answered Friday at 7:22 p.m. After not finding anybody on the line, didn't bother to answer subsequent calls!

Got 3 calls from this number before deciding to pick up after posters on this forum said it was from Fidelity.

Fidelity branch visit: 21-Feb
Calls: 8:12pm 25-Feb, 6:50pm 26-Feb, 6:25pm 27-Feb.

The lady on the other end said I visited the Fidelity branch recently and that she would like to conduct a survey on my visit. I did not bother with the survey. Lets she if someone calls me back.

Got a call 3-19 around 5:45PM EDT - saw it was a toll free number and let it roll over to answering machine.  No message left.  I am also a Fidelity customer and will express my displeasure to them.

Called 4 evenings in a row   no one answered when I said hello

Yep, got a call from this number last night.  And I did make an inquiry into Fidelity a couple days ago.  Didn't answer.

Called once this morning and again this evening. No one there.
Why isn't there something done about this kind of crap?

Repeated calls from this number since last night.  No one is there when I answer.  Just Googled it to see if I could find out who it was.  We have been doing business with Fidelity.  Very irritating that they would do this after you give them your business.

I just sent an email to fidelity via their "contact us" section.  threatened to cancel my accounts if they continued.  I'll let you know if I get a reply.

They called a couple of times. I refused to answer. Thought it was the IRS. I shouldn't feel guilty. They are taking a lot longer to give me my refund this year. Picked up the phone but I didn't greet anyone. He asked for me after a long silence. Then I hung up. It's nice to know I don't have to worry about this number anymore.

Because you are the one who has to do something about this crap. You got this call most likely because you have an account with them. I think alot of important people are more worry about saving the world and killing all of the Americans we have left to care about some telemarketer asking survey questions. If they took care of something of this crap nature, I don't think America has their priorities straight. Why don't you do what the other guy did and call or email them with threats of closing an account you do or probably don't have. You are absolutely welcome.

I keep getting calls to my cell phone, listed above, from Fidelity (866.303.5142). This has got to stop. I am so annoyed that if you don"t stop these calls to my cell phone (or any phone of mine) I am going to move my accounts out.

866-303-5142 kept calling my phone every couple days. One day I answered and it was Fidelity Investments with a survey regarding the services I had just received. The guy was nice enough. I never did ask why they were so persistent with the calling, yet not leaving any message. Haven't received another call from them since then.

This number has appeared on my cell phone a number of times with no answer.  I deal with Fidelity and will ask them.
