Formal complaint filed against (someone I don't know) looking for information leading to this person. Left this number to call back. Very creepy and strange...will be blocking this number, among many others lately!

Yeah, just received a call from this number. Its a scam. The same person is using multiple numbers and calling people. He's also using 8662327419, and 8662370925. SCAM.

Just received a phone called from this number 866 303-6832 stating a formal complaint has been filed against me, the message was a very creepy prerecorded voice and asking for any information leading up to me. When I called back some lady answered the phone with a southern accent. She said I owe a payday loan from some company name ke wood services which I have never heard of she had the last 4 digits of my SSN. When I told her I never took out a payday loan from this company don't know who this was she asked me if I'm disputing the complaint I told her yes. She than placed me on hold I than hung up because I know I don't have owe this company.

Got it too! People need to get a life and figure out a legal way to support their families instead of telling me I owe them money. I work too hard for my family to have it be taken by lowlifes.

Just got the same call and now they are calling my work for me! I have nothing to do with these people. SCAMMERS!!!

I just received for calls from them. saying I owe 6 payday loans. I asked for information to be mailed show validity of this debt and they couldnt provide anything. The lady then asked was I disputing the claim and hung up

I just had this call too,  mine said that I owed money to the police and that I needed to pay them now these people need a life

A voice called told me they were looking for a particular person to call 866 302 6832. Just hang up and report it to the police

Got a call from this phone number, been happening everyday. I called them and told them whoever they were looking for wasn't me. A lady asked for my name and phone number, so she could look it up to make sure and I gave it to her. Really spooked and hope nothing can be done by that. She hung up so I called again and talked with a man. He said that my phone number would be taken out of their contacts and that I shouldn't recieve another voicemail in 48 hours

I literally got a phone call from 866-237-0925 and 866-303-6832 telling me there is a formal complaint against my son.  So sick and tired of these scam phone calls.  Thanks for posting everyone.

I've been getting them ALL FREAKING DAY LONG!  Both on my cell phone [which I have now blocked their number] and my work phone, from both of the 866 numbers they use. Since they called at work, I have called the police and am filing a formal harassment suite against them. I kept redialing their number, to bug the heck out of them.  They wouldn't answer.  I waited.  Called again till they answered and told them to quit scamming hardworking people and to get a real job! LOSERS!

The government should have never gave up our privacy for these people to call us. Really PSSSSS me off!!!!!

Posing as a collection agency and threatening me with prison time over a fake loan.

Called both my cell and my husbands. They left a voicemail that had my name said by an automated machine. I called back 6 seperate times before someone answered, each time I pressed 0 as instrustucted by the automated system it rang though and then stated that the person wasn't available, it brought me to "their" voicemail, then the automated system said "an error has occurred" and then hung up on me. When I called back and FINALLY got someone to answer a VERY rude female spoke to me when I informed her that she not only had my previous name and mispronounced it she became even ruder. When asked to provide a formal written information of the complaint against me (if they do agree to this do not give your address, they should already have it) she said they don't have to do that. I stated that by law they have to she said no we don't and started yelling at me saying "that is not what we do" I asked what they DO in fact do, she said they would be filing the complaint in court and good luck to me. I started to ask a question and she hung up (very professional) I called back, she answered and I asked again if there was any other info they could provide me with, she yelled back "no that is not what we do". I informed her I had looked up this number online and it came up as a scam and fraudulent and all the reports we within the past couple of days, she informed me it was other "people like me" who can't pay their bills and hung up. I called back and a man answered and almost immediately hung up. Since then no one answers. Absolutely a scam.

Wow same here and they are calling three times a day

Weird pre recorded voicemail like they were trying to come off as American they some how even got my father in laws number
