It's a father and son duo. The name is Phil Bifulco. The dad goes by "Jr." and the son is "the 3rd".

Jr. has 2  facebook accounts. One is under Phil Bifulco Jr., which only contains one picture. And his "real" account just says Phil Bifulco. Here it is:

They both mention how they work in collections. They are actually scam artists and it is well documented by searching several of their phone numbers. (866)303-9967 and (877) 268-4356 are just 2 of their numbers.

Does a "Christopher Lewis" sound familiar? What about "Brittney"? That's actually Jr.'s wife, named Kym. She's part of it as well.

Besides reporting them, another suggesting is to inform their family members what they're doing. They need to be exposed for who they truly are! The dad's friend list is hidden, but click on "about" and under there you will see a list of family members. Do the same with the son. They are scamming innocent people and their families out of all the money they own. So informing his family members is nothing compared to what they are doing (or attempting to do) to do and our families.

What makes you think that the rest of the family isn't involved?  It is much better to report them and to sue them and make them pay you.

Looks like Philip A. Bifulco Jr. has been busy in court. Just last month (March 2017) he lost a lawsuit that one of his victims filed. He conned her out of almost $37,000. Now the judge is ordering him to pay! I love karma. Hopefully the judge knows what he does and what kind of a person he is and hopefully he'll stop. But I'm not counting on it. Don't trust anyone who calls you demanding money now. Don't sign or e-sign anything. Better yet- don't answer the phone if you don't know who it is. You're going down Phil and I love watching it.

I would like to correct and add to my comment above. I don't know exactly how much money she was scammed out of, but the $37,000 included things like attorney fees, FTC violation charges, etc. Phil wasn't man enough to appear at court or even file a motion, answer, etc. The order states that his refusal of these things is an admission of guilt. He probably figured he'd be arrested if he appeared. The court order also states that he can't continue with his attempts at collecting non-legitimate debts, and can't continue with his threats, harassment, etc. I don't know if that is just for Ohio (where the victim lives and where the courthouse is) or if he can't do these things anywhere. But it's appearent that Philip Bifulco Jr. doesn't follow the law. (And neither does his wife Kym and son Philip Bifulco the 3rd.) So I doubt he'll follow this court order. It also says that he can't employ or have someone else do these things on his behalf. (That means his family members can't do these things either.) Hopefully he'll pay her the $37,000 he owes her. We'll see. One last thing- if anyone makes a complaint to the state or to the FTC, or whoever, please include that he was sued over these things.
