keeps calling and harrassing me at work

calls me every day at my work, is putting my job at risk. These are harrassing phone calls and should be stopped.

Left a very rude message.

First: told me my message was way too fast ... he didnt have time to understand it all (and it’s my problem why?)

Second: asked for someone else (even if I mention my name twice in my message)

Third: told me to speak English as we are in Canada...( what an ignorant person) the two official language in Canada are English and French. As I offer a bilingual service in my line of work my voice message is in both official languages.

This person and Company do not deserve to be on the market as they can not operate without mistakes and would need a basic civility class.

Sorry I need to add to my comment. I will phone them today but I want them to know I DO NOT want them to phone any of my relatives. I am 50 years old and what is my business is my business and no one else's.

Collection agencies are by law not allowed contact your at work if they contact you on a line provided by your company they are breaking the law

DCA Collection Agency... Calling on behalf of Money Mart... very rude... calls at my parents at least a hundred times. calls right back if you hang up (over and over again, 10 times in one sitting)  I'm filing a harrasment claim against them.

calls and lied about who they were asking for someone who is related but does not live at this address, wont stop calling

Called my works office. I do not even work in the office but in a home. Continues to leave messages "concerning Business Matter"

Matthew from DCA calls and leaves very volatile message on answering machine, looking for someone who does not live at this residence. Number shows as "PRIVATE NUMBER" End of message leaves phone # 1-866-307-5322 x246.
Called him to advise that party he is looking for is not at this number, and request he not call any more. He belligerently tells me he has been doing this job for 10 years and will continue to call.

my wife just received a call from this number, if the original recipient who goes to get a loan uses you as a reference, they will call you. this company sounds like they're full of crap, maybe these companies should actually do their background checks before signing money away .. dumbasses

Amin started calling in early January for someone I used to know a long time ago - how he connected us baffles me. I tried to get a hold of this person, not knowing what DCI was...Amin says this guy applied for something and used me as a reference.  I can`t get this person to call them back and now I know why.  Either way it`s not my business and DCI should really tell their clients to make better decisions when lending money!

Collection agency calling for a relative. Gave them her phone number so they would stop calling our place looking for her.

I just got a telephone call from this number. They were looking for a friend of mine. I feel that, # 1 if you don't want them calling you, then pay your bills! # 2 My friend did not ask to use me as a reference, and I am not happy about that, but none of this would be happening if people actually paid the borrowed money back! Isn't that why you sign papers? You are agreeing to pay them back, so freaking pay them already!

sometimes life changes, like getting laid off, or do you not get that you brat!

I also just recieved a call from DCA inc today. I spoke with an asian woman who refused to give me her name when I asked her.  I admitted to the caller that I did infact owe the money in question, and completely forgot about it. I haven't recieved anything in the mail in the past few years. I also told her that I would like to resolve the matter, she then demanded that I pay it in full now! I told her I cannot pay it in full right now but am willing to discuss installments. She then became rude, and raising her voice towards me, telling me no thats not an option and why can't I pay it. I told her I have 5 children and cannot pay the full amount at one time. She then started becoming very rude and my reation was to become very verbally aggressive back. I hung up on her and she called 4 times in a row, screaming as soon as I answered. She would talk over me so I could not get a word in edge wise. She went as far as to shout at me "Get a Job, Get a job" Of course I have a job, however at the time of the loan I just lost my job which was why I applied for the loan in the first place. I then told her I would like to speak with her supervisor and she flat out refused to patch me through, After screaming at her and demading I speak with her super she finally did patch me through. Of course I got her voice mail and left a message. However through some research on this company I see that (Dalia) does not get back to anyone and this company is quite rude to everyone. I refuse to let this go for the reasons 1) I would like to handle this matter and pay whats owing 2) but also to make a formal complaint, nobody should speak to anyone the way these people do.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to make a written complain on this company please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it.

I guess who ever used u as a reference gave them your work number and there looking for that person so thats why they are callin ur wk to see if you know were that person is..

Their calling my work and leaving messages on voice mail at work on everyone extension, causing risk of loosing my job
