Called but left no message at all. No idea who it is or what they want

Merrick Bank. I don't even have an account with them!

Received call from this unknown number.  Did not answer and no message was left.  Based on other reports, it appears to be an unsolicited call.

Called several times.  Never answered.  No message left.  Blocking.

Calls every day. No voice. Leaves no message if unanswered.

No voice. No answere. No message

Phone call Mon Oct 8, 2018 2:30pm: Caller had the opportunity to leave a message but did not do so. I'm on the Do Not Call List, so the caller is disregarding this law.

Mon Oct 8, 2018 4:50pm: Caller again had opportunity to leave a voicemail message but chose not to do so. The caller continues to violate the Do Not Call List. A legitimate caller would provide a business name, the caller's name, a valid call back phone #, + any other relevant information. This caller's repeated failures not to meet these basic professional requirements, along w/ the violations of the Do Not Call List and law, indicates the caller is a scammer + a criminal.

It is Merrick Bank. They open with "I am calling about your account." They do not identify themselves or where they are calling from, and when you ask them who they are or what account they are referencing, they just say "YOUR ACCOUNT," like you're an idiot and you only have one account in creation for anything ever. You don't know if they are your dentist, your bank, your office supply company, nothing. Just "YOUR ACCOUNT." They don't even know if THEY have the right number. They just launch into their spiel. The best part is that I'm already paying them down and my next payment isn't due for two more weeks! At that time my account will be current and then they can go jump off a cliff.

These scammers keep changing to get around blocks.

The call starts out this is Jessica Peterson & i am calling about your student loan. I have NEVER taken a student loan out. Does not say the company she is with but gives a reference number.

Same thing happen to me.. they took over nationwide credit card.. I feel like I’m always paying them

Have had many calls this month from this number.  They do not leave a message and its my work number they are calling.  I finally called back its Merrick Bank?  I don't have an account.

Called 4 times from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Answer machine picked up. Sounded like breathing in the phone. then hung up. Felt violated in my own home.

Called 4 time 06/15;2019 and 2 two times on Sunday 06/17/2019 I. Blocked they used a different number laws means nothing on do not call list . they don't say nothing just breathe in the phone

Ok, they are driving me nuts. Caller ID does say Merrick Bank. They use this number along with other numbers. They started to call us 8/2/19. We have done no business with them.  The only change we have had was in July we bought a new vehicle, and the loan is through our bank. They do not leave a message. In the month of August, they have called our house over 70 times.  Halfway through the month I turned on a robocall block that our phone service has.  The phone still rings once before the system picks up and then disconnects the call.  We have been on the no-call list since 2003.  So I have filled a complaint with them.

I was getting a LITTLE tired of seeing this number show up on our caller ID. It would call once a week and twice during that day. As soon as I finished introducing myself and saying how can I help you the call would terminate. I finally called it back and explained what was happening to the woman who answered. She wanted a name and I said sorry but the only name I have to give you is the company name that this number belongs to. She said she'd note that on the account. Has a debt collector ever gotten anywhere by calling an employer? I doubt it.

Don't answer, they are telemarketers and try to get your information to sell.

I also get calls from Merrick Bank, I never had an account and I told them that I am a victim of stolen identity and someone probably received a card using my name, They still continue to call, even though I sent them the police report and the report from The Federal Trade Commission!
They don't care, they still call

Did you send that mail certified, return receipt like you should have?  Do you have proof that they received it?  Do you have proof that the proper person received it?
