This company wasn't stop calling my job and my cell phone . This harassment and I want them to stop

The use the name Xerox which I'm sure is against copyright laws. Collection agency for a online payday loan.

they calling my job saying i wrote check and they are going to take me to court i dont even have checks

it really need to stop they are clling my home and work place its not okay
someone please look into this have these people to stop making these harassing phone call.

these people called my husband's job and old his employer that he needs to call them back or he is going to be served. My husband called them and told them to not call again and any communication needs to be done through mail.  I just called the number today and go a voicemail so I left a message threatning to report them to the FTC and AG if they call again.  They are not suppose to be disclosing any information to your employer. We had an issue with another company who did the same thing so we're assuming it's the same people who by the way never sent anything in the mail.

Our fax machine showed a private number coming through within 3 seconds my phone line showed private caller on caller ID who stated they were a coporation calling to find a friend of ours who listed us as possible contact information. Caller was a female who calmly spoke and left a message that her corporation was looking for our friend.  Please call this number and here is the case number because friend had written some bad checks on her account and they needed to find her.  When I looked up the number above I read all these posts about this number.  It seems that it is a scam that you are in trouble and you need to square your account up or they will be senting sheriff to arrest you on fake charges.   PLEASE STOP THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!  Honest people are trying to work for a living.

These people called my phone today and left a message with my disabled mother and said they were the police, and I needed to call them about a case number,, when I called back they had a recrding,,to leave a message.Who are these people? And they need to stop harrassing people.

I received a phone call from this number today, and when I called back it took forever for them to find my "case".  When I informed the gentleman on the phone that I would not be providing any of my personal information until I received something in writing, he said "Fine, I'll inform the paralegals, and we'll handle it legally" and hung up the phone.  I have dealt with this for months, and think it should be illegal.  How do we stop these people?

keep received call from Xerox Management as need call them about a account; dont said who they want get from them twice day . It come up as Name Unavailable don't answer they leave a message to call them back. Its  a collection company .

If you would of paid your bills on time and not scamed the ppl that gave you money these ppl wouldnt be calling you

These people are a law firm/collection agency, said they were Providence Legal.  I have an unpaid payday loan and they are trying to collect.  They had a person from an outside agency call, posing as a private investigator with Dallas County.  It is illegal for them say they are with Dallas County.  They also called my mother and left a detailed message, saying I wrote bad checks and that they are trying to serve me.  In the State of Texas, not paying a payday loan is a civil issue and not a criminal issue, so they cannot file a criminal complaint.  It is also illegal for them to discuss any details with anyone other than the defendant.

Also, I got another call today, from 855-288-2101 about the same thing.  When I put this number in, nothing comes up.  Anyone know about this number?

They called me with the same threats, etc... I called the Police Dept. the officer told me it was a scam and to contact the District Atty. Office to report this company and they would make them stop calling. I also called the #866-344-7763 and told them that I called the District Atty's Office and I did not get anymore calls from them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!

I too have been receiving calls from this phone number. They do not disclose the company name to me, although the person does leave the name of Kelly Pierce. Not only has she called me, but somehow she got my sister's number and one of my neighbors numbers!! She left messages on both of their answering machines indicating that they had received complaints against me and that I would be served papers either at home or my place of business!!! My neighbor actually told me that when they left the message on her voicemail, they indicated my name and said "Jane Doe" consider this message as you being served! What kind of company is this???? How did they even get my neighbor's number and who the hell are they??? I'm afraid to call them back for fear that they will indicate that by my returning their call, I am admitting I owe a debt. What can I do???

Yes I received a call from I to believe this Kelly Pierce and basically left the same message.  I called the 866-344-7763 number and spoke to a Mr. Black with Xerox Management a mediation firm who collects for unpaid payday loans.  Their client purchased a payday loan that I had to default on due to illness and unable to continue paying.  They are rude people, however, I believe that they will send someone to your house to be served.  I called back and spoke also to this Mr Black's supervisor who said his name was Sam and he is just as rude.  They gave me all the right information from this payday loan that I had.

I have been dealing with this company since Sept. and not thinking and didnt want my husband to get into any trouble I gave them my information and they have been debiting my account since then. I made my payments unable for them to take out for dec. because I never received the email statements they promised I would receive and they never tried to contact me. I just hung up with a lady named Kim who was very nice but I am still not convinced this is a real debt collector. I am on my way to the bank to cancel my debt account. If any one knows if they are a legit company please let me know.....

I doubt they are either a law firm or collection agency.  This is nothing but a group of scammers, trying the same old extortion attempts for non-existant payday loans.

They probably got your information off something you entered thinking that you were doing a survey, entering a contest, or asking for information and the site looked legit.
Best protection:  Tell mom to look at this website, and the above FBI link.  That should relax her mind.  Anyone else who gets contacted, same thing.  Do not call them back, and if you do pick up a call from them, just say "I deny this debt, and you are a scammer" and hang up.  Don't waste your t ime; this offshore scam has been going on for years, and there really doesn't seem to be anything law enforcement in this country can do; they aren't here in the US.  Goof luck.
