This is nothing but a group of scammers, trying the same old extortion attempts for non-existant payday loans.

They probably got your husband's information off something he entered thinking that he was doing a survey, entering a contest, or asking for information and the site looked legit.
Best protection:  Anyone else who gets contacted, tell them to look at this website, and the above FBI link..  Do not call them back, and if you do pick up a call from them, just say "I deny this debt, and you are a scammer" and hang up.  Don't waste your t ime; this offshore scam has been going on for years, and there really doesn't seem to be anything law enforcement in this country can do; they aren't here in the US.

I called 866-672-4551 because they have an ad stating they are part of MSN , and I was having a problem with MSN. After a 2 minute conversation with Greg he said someone from Germany had hacked my computer and needed access to my computer! With this, I hung up! As soon as I did, recieve 5 calls from 562-276-2225 . Beware, they go by different names!
