I keep getting calls from this number and all it says on the caller id is toll free call. Everytime I say hello all I get is dead silence and then they hang up.  They are not calling an individual they are call a business and it's starting to irritate the crap out of me, it happens at least twice or more a week.  And all of our numbers are registered with the national do not call list.

Any suggestions?  I don't want to dial their number back other than to maybe cuss them out!!

I, too, continue to get calls from this number.  Same thing...dead silence and hang up.  They are contacting the buisness I work for.  I answer the phones.  There is nothing worse than being on an important call or having to do a 10-yard dash to get to the phone when these people (or person) calls, and having some idiot sit there and hang up.  I am filing a complaint with FTC.  When I call the number back, it is always busy (and it's one of those busy signal sounds that you know you won't ever get through...like it's messes up or something).  Anyway, if you receive a call from this number please file a complaint or post a report here.  Maybe if enough people are fed up and take action it might get stopped.

On October 23, 2007 at 2:56 pm got a telephone call from (866) 351-1852.  The caller did not leave a voice mail message.  My policy is to not answer a telephone call from an unknown telephone number.  I got better things to do.

On October 26, 2007 at 1:53 pm got a telephone call from (866) 351-1852.  The caller did not leave a voice mail message.  I have filed complaints with the FTC DoNotCall web site for the three (3) telephone calls that I have gotten this week from this number.

I finally got through to someone!!! Apparently, they do marketing for a bunch of companies across the US. They've had massive problems with their system. What I had to do is give them the number they dialed to reach my business and request that they take me off their list. They said I could also e-mail them at NMSINCX@GMAIL.COM. They actually were nice and apologized for the inconvenience, AFTER I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF THEM.

I e-mailed them last week and haven't gotten a call since.

I got a call May 12, 2008 from 866-351-1852.  I called back and heard a welcome message saying that I had reached "National Marketing Solutions" and if I held on I could speak to the next available sales agent.  I did not hang on, but I am leaving this call report.

The number popped up on my caller ID today, so I came to this site to check it out. Glad I didn't answer. Thanks!

They have called my buisness 3 times today. Didn't leave a message or talk, just a click. When I called this number back it says the call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the # and dial again. I checked all 3 times and this is the number they called on. 866-351-1852.  I am going to e-mail them like the people above have plus make a complaint. Still calling a year later.

Looks like they still have their "problem" although since their email has changed and their "problem" has been going on for over a year now, I think it is unrealistic to believe that this is a simple mistake.
It is obvious that they are scammers.
Sure send them an email if you want even more unwanted calls and spam.

ID'd themselves as Xerox, and that they understood that I was in charge of office equipment.  I didn't bite, they hung up on me.  Here is their website, complete with a "Contact Us" page, should you be so inclined.

Just got another one of many... and after Googling the number, I came across this page.

The caller said, "Hello, may I speak with an owner or manager in charge please."

We just got a call from this number at our new business and they said they were with OSHA and that the law said we have to have a poster that costs $100.00. My husband didn't know and told them OK. I have since called the number back & of course could not talk to anyone but left a message not to send the poster that we had already taken care of it. I also sent them an email to the email address at that phone number. People are all the time trying to trick you into buying something.

Looks like their "system problem" is still a problem 2 years later!!  I also answer the phones at a business and get these calls repeatedly.  I just got another one as I was stepping into the bathroom and had to run back to my desk to answer just to have them hang up! VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!
