- Fed Up replies to National Marketing SolutionsJust got a call today 8/8/2011. Guess you guys are still having phone problems. Nothing but silence on the other end of the line. So you have the worst phone system in the USA (since you have not had it fixed in over 2 years, or you are just a company full of blatant liars.
- txladywell, it figures.
National marketing solutions sells -- guess what? -- Call Center Marketing Services!
This number has now gone on my blocked calls list -- much more effective than the do not call registry, which hasn't kept a single company from calling me- Caller: National Marketing Solutions
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ShariOur organization just received a call from this number and the person on the other end was not pleasant. Really need to do some training or hire more personable individuals.

- DukeDude asked for me by name at our company. He certainly wasn't professional since it took him more than a few seconds to get his point out. He got as far as "We're a preferred vendor for Xerox" whatever that means -- at which point I hung up.

- Susie the OperatorMan called and asked for "Manger of QC" I asked what the call was regarding and he said his name was Moses with SGS and wanted to talk to the owner or mgr. I asked if he had a contact name and he gave the name of a EX Director in sales. While transferring him to his contact name he hung up. Why is he keeping the lines full when actual customers need to call this number. Hey Moses get a life.
- Caller: SGS
- JMthe calls from these guys come in almost everyday...silence is what you get when you answer and their purported email address (info@nmsco.net) fails to deliver. This is going on for 10 months, jeez

- get a real jobI have a couple of ways to deal with these parasites. First, I let the phone ring three full times before I pick up. I pick up and don't say anything for 2-3 seconds. If it is a computer autodialer, 80-90% of the time the computer will hang up thinking it has gotten a voice mail or answering machine. After 2-3 seconds, I say our company name, but don't give out my name. That way they don't automatically have a name if they call back and get someone else. If I still get a person and they insist, I tell them my name is "Richard Smith"(it's not). It is none of their business what my real name is, they are telescammers who are breaking the law. If they persist in calling over and over again, I tell them that my boss is available, and then I use a sports air horn right next to the phone. What are they going to do, sue me? "Your Honor, I was illegally telescamming and they deafened me!" Good luck with THAT argument. The judge might give me a medal. Reporting these "people"(I use that term loosely) to the Do Not Call Registry is futile, they are usually spoofing their phone number anyway. If you have the time, have some fun with them. See how long they will stay on hold or still be on the line if you put the phone down. Take your cordless into the bathroom and have an extended "deposit" at the Porcelain Bank, complete with very loud fake sound effects. Tell them you ARE the boss and listen to their sales pitch, never saying yes to anything, but always saying that you will look at your numbers and see what you can do. Some scammers will record any affirmative answer you give and then splice it into a call and bill you for whatever they are selling, using that as evidence of an order. Waste as much of their time as you can, because that keeps them from scamming other people, and it can be a really fun stress reliever! Anything that we can do to make this less profitable for these ticks on the butt of humanity is a plus. Feel free to pass this on or add to it with your fun ways of taking back your phone lines. If these idiots would get a real job, the world would be a better place for all of us.

- j macgot a call and answered it. the other end asked for elanor or some other name. I said no one here by those names. then he said, ACTUALLY I AM TRYING TO REACH (ME NAME). DOES THAT RING A BELL? yeah right, like I am going to respond to a liar. So don't answer these jack wagons.
- kaileenaRapid Refill. Not interested.
- Phillip replies to annonymousDo not reply! Any response at all confirms a working, saleable number and assures that they and others will call again!! The best thing to do is ignore or if you phone has a reject key, do that before it can go to voicemail. I'm not sure that voicemail won't register. The Do Not Call list ain't all it's cracked up to be...
- TAL replies to AngI use to work for Xerox and yes, if you tell them what model you have. Toner show up at your door with a bill.
- TALDid not pick up the phone, when I when to redial it. It does not take incoming calls.

- ClareI got a call from this number today and the man on the other end said that he was from Nation Wide insurance and needed to send posters about new labor laws in AZ for the office. It sounded legit and he didn't ask for a credit card number so I went with it. He also had the business' address and my name already. We don't have employees at our office and don't need labor law posters but he kept insisting. If you get a call similar to this, tell them that you will need to call them back, hang up, and report the number.
