I got a call November 18, 2009 @ 2:41pm from 866-351-1852. Caller ID Says Toll Free Call. The guy said he is from DIGIX/XEROX and his name was
David Nyquist, and he wanted to talk to someone about Upgrading the Copiers. I also called it back and heard a welcome message saying that I had reached "National Marketing Solutions" Sales Call!

Caller ID Says: 866-351-1852 - TOLL FREE CALL!!! When I answered, they said "Hello, may I speak with an owner or manager in charge please." I asked who it was and he said, "Chuck with XEROX."  I tried to get my Company's name removed from their database, the Guy in their Customer Service asked me if we are in the Phone Book, and I said yes, his reply was; We are doing nothing illegal by calling! My point is, I DON'T WANT ANY CALLS FROM THEM!!! When telling him that, he just kept asking me questions. Just remove me from the call list! I hung up on him, I was so frustrated...

yes and when you send them and email they sell your email address then your spam quadruple, the do not call list is just another gov farce

Looks like they went from a Xerox company to a "Marketing Firm" since last year.
"Martin Webber" somehow got the owners name and said he'd, "been speaking with him about new business leads". Bull S****! I answer the phones all day long, everytime they call here I pick up the receiver and hit the drop button. So I know they haven't talked to him. LIARS! God I hate telemarketers.....

Just to keep this going....I too received a call on my business cell from 8663511852. No one answered, so I came here and sure enough, looks like some telemarketing BS. Funny thing: I just registered by cell phone with the Do Not Call registry last week. And now a call from these geeks......hmmmmmmm.

THey keep calling us and hanging up, at least once per day.

Constant illegal solicitaion. Called back 4 times. 4 times requested to be removed in less than 2 months. No such luck. Calls at 8pm FRIDAY< SAT AND SUNDAY nights. Want to take action against these [***]

Looks like this number is back in business again.  Does the no call list actually deter anyone?  Who in the government do we call about this as well as reply here?  While we get no answer I would just let them check into the number to see what should happen.  Hopefully it is a big fine

They just called, the guy said he was from Annapolis Office Supplies and is my local distributor for Xerox.  I told him he's not my local anything and to take me off his list, then I hung up on him.

I just received a call from this number on my office phone, the guy said the company's name is FirmCo and that they trade, buy, and sell office equipment.  I asked him to repeat the company name and he said he was from Xerox.  This guy needs to get his story straight before he calls people. I get calls from toner phoner scammers all the time so i figured i'd look this number up. He gave me the phone number and his extension but when you call back the recording says "National Marketing Solutions". I wouldn't trust them.

Just got a call from this number.  A guy named "Bob" said he was from BSI and asked for the Quality Manager.....

So sick of these 866 numbers calling, ask for someone then immediately hang up.  It's a waste of my time.  Wouldn't mind if it was once in a while, but it's every day!!

They call to our main office phone lines our cell phones and fax numbers at the same time, very annoying !!
