- dave replies to Austinit's a call from sleep central, a C-Pap/ Bi-pap (not bypass) medical supplies. They are not telemarketers. Might have received your number by mistake.
- Ken| 1 replyVery annoying. I do not answer unknown calls, and they continued for four minutes. After a few rings I silenced the ringer and just let it ring.
I also do not have a C-Pap. - Gayle N JonesThey keep calling and leaving messages for C-pap replacement parts. I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND WANT THEM TO STOP, I REPEAT, STOP BOTHERING ME.
- Caller: Sleep Central
- Mary replies to John| 2 repliesJohn - THANK YOU - THANK YOU- THANK YOU!!!
These calls are driving us crazy. We had gotten nowhere trying to reach a human to put us on a do not call list. It was becoming a nightmare whenever the phone rang.
NEVER order anything from Sleep Central or Rotech Heathcare or you'll be harassed like this DAILY or MORE. So horrible. - ChrisThis outfit calls every few days. I am on the do not call list. I have no C PAP machine and do not know why they call.

- J. C. PooleI, too, receive these daily robot calls - call 1-800-288-1853 - a human will answer - ask to be put on their "do not call" list - that is what I did today (7 Aug '14) - now I'll see if it works.
- Caller: Sleep Central - Rotech Company
- Call type: Telemarketer
- John ReedDon't call me again. I no longer have the device for which you want to send supplies. If you want to steal money from Medicare or some insurance company call somebody else. I plan to report this to every agency, doctor, etc. I can find.
- Caller: I don't know
- kariYou all have been calling me for the past 3 weeks about some sleeping pills to prevent infection at 10:00AM. STOP CALLING ME I.DON'T NEEED YOUR STUPIT PILLS

- ronw replies to AustinI get calls from Sleep Central when it is time to reorder CPAP supplies. They are the call center for a lot of small CPAP stores in smaller towns like mine.
- cindyThis company is Sleep Central and they are to call you when it's time to replace your C-pap and Bi-pap supplies, however "Sleep Central" is not on any of my insurance forms or billing for my supplies. They are called Rotech, I believe. They are my supplier but I hate them calling me as I'd rather get supplies through my local office. Can't trust just anybody that calls these days and they often call when I know it's not time for supplies.
- Caller: Sleep Central
- Wary ConsumerIf you have been ordering your supplies through your local distributor, that is no longer available if they use Sleep Central or Rotech. Everything now is ordered directly through the main branch via telephone.
If you think your medical information is private, I have a nice bridge in San Francisco that I would like to sell you. Go to your insurance company or medicare as that is where information gets logged. There are so many nameless, faceless people in these companies, it is easy to slip info to medical suppliers that sell you cpap equipment, medic alert devices, etc. Also, as you age, your information is online and lists are available to anyone who will pay provided by data miners like people finders, spokeo, etc. When spokeo first started and everyone could check their profiles for free, I reviewed mine, my husband's and my children's profiles. So much was wrong it was more than frightening. For example, a 20 year old daughter owned our home and her sister, my husband and myself were her children. It also indicated she was never married (which was true) and that the intimation was that we were her illegitimate children (which would explain why she started getting birth control and abortion info in the mail).
I will also say that Rotech has the worst customer service and billing practices I've ever encountered. After billing us for 2 years and accruing charges for those two years for services and supplies we never received, used, or ordered; and after numerous "conversations" with their billing department, letters, emails and complaints to our medicare provider, they turned the account over to a debt collector.- Caller: Rotech/Sleep Central
- JCThis number is for Sleep Central (sleepcentral.com) which is a division of Rotech Medical Supplies. My call block doesn't seem to work on this number and Brighthouse my phone service provider cant' explain why. I've attempted on several occasions to stop the robo calls for supply orders but to no success for the moment. I will try again and hopefully stop the constant calls I keep getting from this company.
- Caller: Sleep Central part of Rotech Medical
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Kent BushI have received several calls from this company. They are automated so you can not talk with a real person. I have never done business with this company, and believe me, I never will. My number is on the "do not call" list, and I just wish they would stop bothering me.
- Caller: Sleep Central

- Thomas SigmonRepeated calls from a company I have NEVER ordered from. No company rep I can call to cease.

- Chelsea replies to AubreyI can't get them to stop calling me either! The guy had my home number before me, over a year ago, still gets calls here daily! This particular number wanting to give medical supplies & know how he is doing calls AT LEAST 4 times a day! Normally with one of the various companies calling for this, Chris _________ , you can get a person, explain to them that that person no longer owns this number or lives in this house they remove your number & stop calling. Comcast, Rite Aid Pharmacy's automated recording for pharmacy pick ups, Credit card companies etc. But with this sleep center I can't get a person & can't find anything online to help me remove my phone number from their records! Last week I stayed away from home for 2 days & one night. When I got home I had 16 missed calls & 14 messages. !4 calls & all 14 messages from them. It's getting to the point I put the ringer on mute and miss important calls or I wince every time the phone loudly rings. How can we reach a person so they will ATOP CALLING? Does anyone know??
- JacobsMommy replies to JohnI am going to try this right now! Thank you!! Thank you!
- Bee Ben replies to MaryIronically, I am a customer of Sleep Central. They are supposed to call me at specified intervals to replace CPAP supplies according to Medicare schedules for such replacement. BUT THEY DON'T. I HAVE TO CALL THEM! And then the order takes weeks to be shipped!
- Jaxter| 1 replyMy wife has a bi-pap machine so the calls (to us anyway) seem to be legit. However, every time she gets supplies there's a problem with the bill. The supplies are supposed to be 100% covered by her insurance but they keep saying we owe them money. She ends up spending a lot of time on the phone with this company AND the insurance company. I think they are possibly trying to rip us off. I guess it's aqlso possible they could just be incompetent It's very annoying!
