They bill your Medicare, just like any company would.  I'm on Medicare and use Hooks Oxygen Supply.  I can either reorder in person by calling Hooks, or use Sleep Central to receive my supplies.  All these people complaining don't even realize all they have to do is answer no on the prompts and they'll be taken off Rotech's calling list.

Your reply is 3 years too late. And why are you even here if you already know who called you?

I have done business with sleep central /rotech in the past and they are a real company. They would deliver my cpap supplies automatically and it was convenient. But I stopped getting my supplies through them and I can't get them to stop calling. I have tried getting a human on the phone but can't do it. It told the auto system I didn't need anything, they said they would call again in a few months but it was like 2 weeks before they were blowing my phone up again. I will never do business with them again, they may be a real company but they are not ethical.

I no longer have a cpap and my husband orders from another company and these people, Sleep Central keep calling and there is not a human to tell that we don’t need them and to quit calling us.

You could send them a letter telling them to stop calling you.

Glad to read this comment.  I too am having issues with my billing from Rotech and will continue to point out their errors.

What does that have to do with this phone number?

By calling Sleep Central at 1-800-288-1853, I was able to ask them to stop these calls. I hope that works. Caller ID did not identify the caller, but the person who answered the phone when I called Sleep Central did acknowledge that these calls were indeed coming from Sleep Central. These calls had been coming every couple of days for weeks before I finally made this call.

Also Rotech does not follow through with promises and bills for equipment you were promised but still don't have 2 months later. Good luck getting a real person to know what their doing and promising
