    My bank account is missing $39.99, courtesy of IW Subcriptions.  I had a ProPay Account from eBay stores, four or five years ago.  Have contacted the local police department and my bank. Now,on to the FBI.  Kudos and good luck to all of you and thanks for the information your posted.

    It has happened to me and it seems that it was a drafted check, so my bank is not going to put the money back. I did go to the Mary Kay web site, where they are already aware of this and they say that it was not breached on their end. Looks like Pro Pay was the source of the information. There are web sites for you to go and file complants even with the FBI. So, as much as I know it most likely will not get my money back, I have to do something proactive to try to help stop this act of fraud.
