Check your state laws. Some are 1 party consent. You need to record all scammer calls because these criminals have no qualms about lying about anything.

The only thing that will put these piles of feces out of business is to destroy them. Same thing as annihilating all the cockroaches on the planet, (including these). There are no negatives to this outcome, and in fact, it would only make the world a better place in untold ways.

forgot to pay a bill this month, but dont remember which one, got this call so I figured its them I can pay it and be done, well I was told it was "card services" they couldnt/wouldnt tell me any more then that and wanted my bank info but couldnt tell me a minimum payment or anything else.  Im not sure if its a telemarketer, scam or the bank just a heads up

same o-games 2012.  Note FIA Card Services and the ID/hackers(per FIA Card Services) On going five
years calls.  I moved gave FIA my new phone number and no one else for a month.   Next day-Card
Services Company starts calling.  So I started calling Attorney General offices in five western states,
and five local banks.   They indicated both are the same.  But use this 'Tarp" bank like trick to dodge
the NO CAll lists.   They all said-if you cancel your card with them the calls will probably stop.
Yes that worked for me.
