What did they say

Obviously it is a missed call, same as yours.

They insist I owe money from 2017 to CashNetUSA on a personal loan that I received through Suntrust Bank (now Truist). Here's the TRUTH...I started an application with CashNetUSA back in 2015 but I NEVER completed it and I NEVER RECEIVED FUNDS $$$ so no loan took place. However Benchmark Mediation (their likely fake name - I could not find them on google) claims I should have already been served with legal paperwork - which I have not because they are willfully lying.

I received a call from this number also, claiming it is important to call them, they used 2 numbers
1-573-204-6592  and 1-866-374-5242.  I'm assuming they are either SPAM call or a collection call claiming I owe them something.

Received a message, not asking for me by name. They claim to be from Benchmark Services and left a toll free number of 866-374-5242. This is not the number displayed on the caller ID.

Received a call from an unknown local number. They left a message, the message did not include my name. They claimed to be from Benchmark Services and left a toll free number of 866-374-5242 which is not the number that appeared on my caller ID.

I just received a similar message from Benchmark Services. Never used my name. Called from a local number but left the same  number of 866-374-5242.

Received a voicemail from a woman claiming to be from "Benchmark Services." The number they called from is 478-309-1276 and I was asked to call back at 866-374-5242. Also alerts on Hiya as "Possible Scam."

Called my phone and said I have an important message and to call back 8663745242 when I called the number a man voicemail stated it was another company intenial service

Called the number back. Said they deal with civil complaints and Bargaining complaints. Then he said is that all you called us for. Lol. Well yeah.

I constantly get calls from these "posers", liars and theveis. They are a FAKE collection agency. Ignore, ignore, ignore..

Don't ask for anyone. Benchmark services. 2 different numbers. I can't find them on a Google search. Although there is a Benchmark call center. I vote fake company, scam...

they also called me too.  same thing. caller id (on my cell phone) was a different number than what they called me from. that call was recd on friday. then today i get a call at my home (i don't have caller id) and was asked to call them back at the same 866=374=5242 phone number asap- important matter!!  yeah right. get in line

Received a call from an 858 area code, which is San Diego. I let it go to voicemail. The voice message was a male voice, who didn’t mention my name, but asked me to return their call to Benchmark Services at 866-374-5242. The full number displayed on caller ID was 858-838-0941. When I called the 866 number left in voicemail, I kept getting a busy signal. This is likely a scam or collection agency.

Just received a similar call...left message with this # 866 374 5242 and of course it's not the number on caller ID. Scam for sure!

I have been getting 2-3 calls a day leaving voicemails from Benchmark Services, asking me to call them back at 866-374-5242. When the calls come in, they are from different local numbers never from the 866 number. I have never answered and never called back. I tried looking them up online as well, and cannot find any business with this name.

Keep receiving calls from this number it's a scam!!

They called & left a message that they are trying to reach me regarding a claim in mediation (and that they have spoken with me before - NOT) and it's going to escalate.  The number they called me from was 866-350-5447, and that was the number to call back on. Not calling back or engaging.  Definitely a scam.
