My parents are receiving calls from this number.

If it is true this is Discover, I did as one other poster recommended and updated my profile on the Discover site and removed the phone numbers.  I did this on Tuesday.  Received a few calls after that, but no calls on Wednesday or Thursday.  So far so good

They call every day.  We just don't pick it up.  In fact we don't pick up anything that is toll-free anymore.  I'm also on the Do Not Call list and it's not working.

Ever since I removed my phone number information from my Discover card profile, I have not received a call from this number.  Its worth a try everyone!

They call 3 times a day for days on end. I tried to call back and it says it is a disconnected number. Last night they called when I was home and said they were from Discover Card. The lady was talking so fast I could not understand her. After telling her twice to slow down she said they wanted to let skip 2 payments with no interest and then went into the spiel about signing me up for credit card protection. I told her I wasn't interested. She asked why and I told her because I never carry a balance on my card. She called me a liar and hung up. I hate these people.

A bit of advice, I got them to stop calling when I told them that someone from their number called me and cursed at me.  I then told the guy that I don't want them to call me again, ever.  And they stopped!

Calls several times a day; doesn't leave a message. One time when I answered, they asked for me by name, I said it was me and when I asked who was calling a young lady laughed and said discover and hung up.

This number has called me several times and never left a message. I just filed a complaint on this number even though I have never talked to anyone.
Report it if you want this to stop. It won't be instant but If they gather enough they may investigate the company.

I don't have a discover card so if this them the are braking up a dead tree.

Called at 9:23 a.m. Didn't leave a message. Message boards say this is from Discover. No one in the house has a credit card with Discover.

So glad I found this site, it's frustrating when you get a call like this and they keep hanging up. I worry if it's important. Anyway, I figure from all the posts here that it is Discover calling, but not with anything important or pertaining directly to me or my account. Thanks, I will continue to ignore this number in the future.
