This number has been calling me all hours of the night, especially when everyone goes to bed. Stop calling me!

These people call from several dif numbers back to back usually at least twice a day, sometimes more! Each call they ask for either my Husband or apparently some random person bc I have had the same number for 6 yrs. I do as everyone else and prompt they have the wrong number and have called back to find out what they want. Doesn't work prompting them that these random people do not live her nor do I know them.  When I do call them back, I once or twice have gotten a live person but they put me on hold and it hangs up. I do not know of any debt we have other than medical bills and one of the numbers tells us it is over credit card debt which we do not have bc we never had a credit card! I have tried to report them and all I am being told is that I do not have to answer or I can change numbers. Very annoying to say the least!

It's definetly a collection company named ER Sulutions, Just some advise, If you have an answering machine, record the following: "Hello, you have reached (your number), This number is on the national "do not call" list. Your messege will be recorded for the purpose of documentation and notification and complaint to the FCC. "Please leave a messege after the tone otherwise"

I think next time these people call I will use this message to them.  These debt collectors should go out and get a real job instead of harrassing people about some back debt.   I would love use my lawyer to contact them and collect a fee.

This number is calling my cell phone at least once a day and not leaving a message.  A note to who is calling "If you have a legitimate reason for calling, leave a message with a phone number so I may call you back to discuss your legitimate reason for calling me.  If you do not cease and desist immediately, I will go to the FCC."

We keep getting calls from this company, but they won't tell my husband exactly what it is they think
he owes - they began a call the other day saying they were from Verizon - then admitted they were
this Outsourcing company.  Today we noticed they had called so my husband called them back.
They asked for his birth date and SS # - as if anyone is stupid enough to give them that info.  My
husband said that they have to give him the information on the debt and that the only unpaid debt
he had (for a good reason) has long expired.  The guy got really nasty and said "No, you will report
to me the information I asked for."  My husband ended the call by calling him an SOB :)  I think I'm
going to report it to our state's attorney general's office.

I am shocked..I just changed my phone number two weeks ago and I got this call asking for me...I called back and they asked me to verify my last 4 digits of my social, I said No and what is this regarding?  I am wondering how they got my new cell number. I just got a new CC that would be the only place that I put my phone number on.......I told her I would not give them any information and she said have a good day and hung up.

They are calling you because they believe that you are NOT who YOU say you are But the reality of it is you're 36 yrs old and you ARE the person they are looking for And as they say STOP LYING WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE.  Get use to it now that they have your phone number

Same number calling.  They have the right person but we don't have anymore debt. Hit the number to talk to a person but a person never picks up to talk. They have called twice once at night and now once during the day.

Caller ID means never having to answer a number you don't recognize or are not sure of.  A legitimate caller will leave a call back message.

The number: (866) 377-5027; is a collection agency. This company preys on innocent people not aware of the (SOL) statute of limitations and will make every effort to collect on a debt, whether valid or otherwise. This company will try and threated action, they will naturally try anything. Beware... this is not a legimate operation working under federal law. They are basically looking for any opportunity to violate your rights by intimidation. Understand your rights and never ever take the advise of a collection agency, in the event one calls you. This company must call our blocked number 15 times a day! All calls are logged and blocked, but we are aware of the compay. (866) 377-5027 - not a legal/legimite organization - if they were, they would not be so constant in the calls.

Calls everyday twice a day

They called themselves Comparison and at first Pursuant. Called and said I owed an enomormous debt. Told "Debbie" this wall my cell and if any debt was this large from 2000 I'm sure whoever owned it wrote it off to whoever owned it. She said, "collection activities will continue'' then hung up immediately. So far they hang up each time you inquire about them. I recieved the call initially from my cell but I called back 6 times, (3 got through) from my home phone which I have an in-line recorder on. I think that is why they keep hanging up. Very disrespectful and I let them know that. I'm sure this is a shadow debt with my late father as both of us used Wells Fargo and have both been intertwined with SS#'s on the same credit reports. Funny how you have to pay credit bureaus to take off items with different socials now isn't it? This is a scam collector I believe. I left message that I am contacting the authorites with what I have recorded on them so far. Each time you ask something of them like their name, they hang up, then where they are located, Dallas, they hang up. If this was reputable they would provide better than this. Since they aren't that good at it, maybe it is a telemarketer utilizing prisoners who already got caught stealing in hopes they hone their skills.

I started receiving phone calls from this number today. They keep calling and never identify theirselves. The asked for the name of the person and continue to say if you are not this person press a certain number. I hung the phone up. I tried calling back the number and it doesn't verify who the person or company is. They continue to call and never leaves a message. I believe if it's a bill collector, they would state this is an attempt to collect a debt. They also would leave a message on your voicemail if you did not answer.
