they call 3-6 times per day
i do not have any old debt, which is what the message says
can not get anyone on the phone when i call back

I want to report this Company and I plan on reporting it to the Better Business Bureau and The Attorney Generals Office and also the Consumer Credit Protection Department and I will call the Police if they keep calling my phone as I tolds them today when they called and I was accused of being irritated and other things by this woman that was asking me what my name was and I had received a call and returned the call and was hung up on several times by several people when I tried to find out what Company they were and who they were and what they wanted. I was told that the Companys name is Conversion Outsourcing and that they were calling in regards to a dept that is over 12 years old and that they were going to transfer me to someone another Company that wanted to talk to me and I know what Company that is also it is as follows: ER Solutions and that Companmy is a collection agency that I am filing a claim against. These Companys are false companys and they need to be stoped lets join forces and stop the abuse of these companys. I have spoke to the Attorney Generals Office and I know that they are lieing and that the statue of limitations on a dept like that in the state of Maine is 6 years and they are harrassing me and other people I'm sure and they need to be stopped can you join me in my fight against Collection Agensy abuse?

Call call call,  ask for someone else.  Cannot return their call

  I've been getting calls from AN automated "Kelly Smith" also.  I have no idea who they are or what they are trying to charge me for.  They name an original creditor at the top in tiny lettering, which means nothing to me.  The amounts they state doesn't ring a bell with me.  It doesn't state what the original bill is, or who it was made with.  they just want to "make a deal" for a settlement.

  The Original Creditor is out of business from what I've found, and has been for years and years.
I hang up the phone, because as far as I'm concerned this is NOT a LEGITIMATE BILL.  I hope it's not on my credit report, because that's not even right.  If it was a company trying to collect on an old bill, it must be 15 years or MUCH OLDER.  That's crazy.  I'm going to report it to the Attorney General's office in Oregon.  They need to cease and desist!
