Calls almost every day. When I answer, hangs up in my ear. Very annoying.

Try this. Next time this number shows up on your caller ID, reply  "Attorney Generals office, telemarket investigations, how may I help you." watch how fast they remove your number!

This is my story...

Apstar Financial, they happen to call my number and when the peson answered said I wasn't there, they hung up on them.  nice, huh?

When I called teh number back, it was a recording saying, it's a business-to-business call and they get 100% of their numbers from Dunn and Bradstreet.  They realize not everyone wants to be contacted or the info may be incorrect, please enter your 10-digit number to be removed.

You do not have an option to talk to anyone live.

Asked for the Owner of the business. I let them know that the owner was unavailable but asked for a number to call back. Was told this was an outbound line only, calling from Abstar Financial. He said yeah, he had a number but wouldn't give it to me because I "wasn't going to do anything with it anyways and was just trying to get him off the phone,"

It's all a apart of a business. The reason for their call is to earn our business. If you run a business of your own then you might understand, but if you don't then your just someone who is miserable and has nothing better to do but to go on a website to talk bad about a company, trying to ruin a company's reputation. There are easy ways to resolve issues other than to go on websites and talk sh*t.

We all can't control our employees actions all the time. We could always try to manage the situation better.

As for the numbers being called, Come on guys you should know better, if you don't want your number to be called then DONT MAKE IT PUBLIC. You number can be access by many different sources, some for a fee and some for free. So once again DONT MAKE YOUR NUMBER PUBLIC.

A GREAT suggestion on another complaint page about your SCAM (can't bring myself to say "company") is to actually have one of their "representatives" come out, then make them wait, then kick them out.  If EVERYONE did this, they would be out of business BUT FAST!

The jackholes don't deserve to be in business, they give "business" a bad name.

Of course, I can understand why you wouldn't this kind of dirt in your office :)

they were quite rude and had called as often as every day for the last month, and I told them last, i was just curious what part of No they didn't understand, the person, told me fine we will give your contact to other company, I don't think this is right and I hope they are reported being stupid and rude!!
