    When was the last time you heard of a numeric sequence being questioned in a courtroom? You can't "file" anything against SSN since it's not a natural person or a company. But that's the sort of loony legal theory the fake payday loan collectors would have you believe. Have a look at this thread and see if the stories match yours:
