"Patrick" from 866-407-0200 (ext 2040) called my dad's phone asking for me. I have no outstanding debts and have no idea how they got my dad's phone.

This weird man has called my office phone and my cell number with the same message. I have recent medical bills that havent been paid and they could possibly be in collection but they are very very recent. Less than 90 days. Geez! This guy really creeps me out.

He has started calling my cell phone daily.  I answered the third one.  It's a recording.  How do I stop this?

Bob called today so he is still at it. repeated number a few times even messed up and had to repeat ti so he is definetly not a recording. Either way wouldnt answer a number I didnt recognize. Its good tosee this is the first site that pops up when you google Bb's name.

Maybe you should call the number back and see what they need.

Got a call today from a Bob Rizzi.  What a nice man.  Yes, I had some things to clear up with him and I'm glad I returned his call.  Thank you BOB RIZZI your the best.

bob left a weird message on my cell yesterday....he sounds rather ill...I have no idea what he wants and will not answer or return calls from strangers who do not leave a clear message...

I got the same phone calls and i called synerprise consulting services at 972 407 0200. I talked to a lady and she also said that is was just message and that there was no bob rizzi. Although when i she told me what bill i owed it was a legit bill and my father had not paid it. So it might be soemthing to take seriously so it doesnt mess up your credit.

I just got a call from bob izzi or whatever so I googled the name and looked at your response it made me have a good laugh. He won't get any of my money at least not until I settle my lawsuit.  They will all have to wait. Hello!!!

Bob Rizzi is a f#ck nut!  Fred you must work with Synerprise cause I don't know anyone in their right mind that would say Bob Rizzi is the best and was a nice man!  This has got to be some bull [***] scam!  Please people don't be stupid enough to fall for this crap.  And by all means don't pay them!  Keep calling me you f#ckers, I'm making it my mission to bring you down!

started getting calls for my future son-n-law to call 'Derek' back.  Would appreciate a link to the Federal and any state of Texas rules about how late a bill must be for collections to commence and how many calls constitutes harassment.  My grandbaby is only 12 freaking days old for crying out loud!  And the emergency medicaid app should be resolved in 30 days.  I'm a shut-in and have plenty of time to document these collection efforts though and would appreciate some insight into the law here.

I love B-O-B R-I-Z-Z-I he is the only man that calls me 15 times and adamant about who he is and me calling him back.  I don't even care that I owe him money, I just him to call me everyday just to see how his name is spelt.

Bob Rizzi isn't an automated man either, he was on my voicemail saying 'Hello......Heeellloooo......Hello?  Then he continues with his message and his name, then in the middle of the message he says again 'HELLO?'LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

2. Call the TX Attorney General @ 800-621-0508 (www.texasattorneygeneral.gov, yellow box at the bottom for "consumer complaints)
3.  Call the American Collectors Association of TX @ 800-957-3338.  (www.texascollectors.com)

Let's all do something and put a stop to these people.

I just received a call and he said his name is Bob Rizzi 972-407-0200. The call wasn't even a complete call it cut out then was real choppy.  I know what it pertains to but I am not returning the call.

What's funny is the two voicemails they left on different days were EXACTLY THE SAME. In other words, it's a recorded message, deliberatly trying to sound like a personal call, and deliberately trying to sound like a non-professional calling.

Thanks so much for sharing this information.  I got a call from him today.  I am so grateful to know that this is another worthless parasite.  I will not return the call.  Who needs the harassment?!

i keep getting the same call from this bob rizzi. Its like he starts his message before the recording starts. All I get is his name repeated a couple of times and spelled out. No company info and he says I look foward to hearing from you.

I just received a call from a BOB RIZZI asking me to call him back.  He is as everyone describes  strong rough voice and seems to be in love with his number.  He can't stop saying it..LOL.  I am not sure what he wanted, he was not specific with his message.  Oh,  I don't answer unknown numbers for security purposes.
