I have received many calls daily from SYNERPRISE CONS...however, I don't know what it's in regards to since they won't leave a message.  They call an average of 5 times daily. I just ignore them.

Glad I looked this guy up~ See he has been around awhile.  At the end of my message, he said "Well, call me back, I hope"  Now, I know he is a debt collector.  Thanks!

I just got a call from this number at my work.  They left the name Tammy.  She said they were a collection agency and that I would have to give her my number in order to pull up the account.  I told her that I had look up the number and that I don't own anyone anything.  I told her I just wasn't buying her story, she said ok well thank you very much.  lol I love this sight.
    Thanks

Baylor College of Medicine told me they did not use this company and they were very rude to me and shouted at me when I told them.  They also told me it wasn't true.  I gave them a number to call, an extension and a name.  They refused to call.  When I asked them to stop shouting at me, they refused my request and I hung up on them.  They told me I was not being civil to them as a human being.  What a joke!  This was the second time I called them trying to work out this problem.  We do not even go the the place they say this happened.  We do not owe ANY medical bills and have excellent credit.

Right, and your a professional deadbeat shill for the scam! Epic Fail!  Your just mad cause people are getting educated to all the scams going on. Hurting your pocket book? Good! Recommend you change your id from Texas gal to Texas Toast! You seem a little brain scorched replying to posts over 7 years old.

That is a scammer.  If legit, they would send you the invoices you need.  Don't call these idiots back, if they call again, block and ignore the calls.  They are hoping to scare some older person into thinking a bill was not paid.

That web site has nothing on it, and the whois information shows that it was only put up last October.  They used a privacy service to conceal their true identity and location.  Here is what the law says:

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Read up on your rights here and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
List of State AG’s offices:   https://800notes.com/faq/attorney-general

The fact that they are pushing so hard for you pay right away screams scam to me.  Especially since they refuse to send that dunning letter out as required by law.  Even if you get something in writing, you should still insist that they validate the debt with the original creditor as required by law to be sure you are not paying a crook, as it is extremely easy these days to obtain a person's information and make it seem like they really are the proper place to pay.
