Well Bob R I Z Z I called me yesterday as well, spelling his name out, leaving an 866# as well as a local Dallas # to return his call to.  I called to find out who he was, asked for him and JUSTIN came on the line.  When I asked the name of their company they said Synerprise.  I asked what kind of company they were and they said they could not legally disclose that information as it was private until I gave them my #.  He asked what number Mr. Rizzi called so they could look me up in their system.  I laughed and told JUSTIN  that if he couldn't tell me what they did then I probably didn't need to talk to them and they said ok and I hung up.  

BTW...anytime a collections company calls you, they CANNOT legally state the reason they are calling "for collection of a debt", but they can only say the name of their company and that it's important that you call them back.  If they call you and say to call because they need money you can have their ASS!

Got a call from Bob Rizzi asking me to call him back at 866-407-0200.  He left a number to call in the Dallas area which was 972-407-0200.  He did not leave a reason for calling.  The voice was very suspicious so I decided to Google the name and number.  The number that shows up on my phone is 913-262-6850.  I will not call back anybody that does not leave a reason for their call.  Plus, if I don't know the number, I don't answer the phone.  So I guess I'm still confused as to whether this is a "real" collection agency as some of you have said or if they are trying to get other information.

I have been receiving phone calls from Bob Rizzi since May. Then I had a little time today so I googled his name and got this website. So, yes, it's nice to know that I don't need to call him back ;O)

yep the R-I-Z-Z-meister been trying to get me for months now. I'm not even the one he wants! Thank GOD I googled him, b/c I was contemplating to answer or c/b just for the fact he won't stop. Feel sorry for all of you he is doing this to, it should not be legal, it feels like harrassment to me. Maybe he'll be the one to lose his job due to the economy cause by the looks of it, he's not good at what he does, one less annoying person to deal with if you ask me!!!!

when i read everybodys messages i thought calling them was going to be horrible. they are a collection agency and i dont like them but when i called back they were very nice, wanted to work out payment plans and accually enxtended my deadline 30 days so i could get some other bills payed off first. But if you are to call them then call the dallas# they are A LOT more nice. and yes BOB R-I-Z-Z-I is not a real person lol.

"Bob Rezzi" is an obnoxious person who calls on behalf of SYNERPRISE CONSULTING 1-913-262-6850 per CID.  I'm on the National Do NOT Call register.  I need to report this pest!

Mr Rizzi calls about 2 times a week, leaving only his name and phone number.  If this was a legitimate call he would say who he was calling FOR and who he was calling WITH.  The people who had this number before me must have had some financial issues...beause I'm PROUD TO BE DEBT FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got my wonderful Bob Rizzi call today.  The company is Synerprise Collection Agency as so many of these genius bloggers have stated.  I settled my account months ago, and the calls went from people I couldnt understand to Bob.  I guess they think since Bob is on the case everyone will just call back a complete stranger.I LOVE GOOOOOOOOGLE!!!!!!!!!

BOB R-I-Z-Z-I has been calling me from 913-262-6850. Of course the vm's he leaves me are the same as the ones you are getting and NO, there is no BOB R-I-Z-Z-I! When I called back the CS rep told me it was a code to let them know what part of the country you are from. Calls to DFW are made by BOB and other areas have another "code name".

In my instance, it is for a medical bill that had gone unpaid.

I recieved a call on my cell phone from 913-262-6850 today. The message was from ARTHUR. However he left the number 866-407-0200 Extentision 2022.

Wow.  Im glad I googled this Number 1-866-407-0200.  I today 12-29-09 got a call from Mr Bob Rizzi.  First I heard the name Paul then it went to the 1-866 # then gave me the Dallas # then Bob's Rizzi's name then said  "I look forward to hearing back from you" but never told me why he was calling and who he was with.   Great,  Sounds like a pain in my a$$
